  • Study of qualification process for sub-components of Terminal Service box
    Progress in Nuclear Energy, 2020
    Co-Authors: Wangwang Zheng, Wenhua Dai
    Abstract:

Abstract The Terminal Service box (TSB) is an important component of the ITER correction coil (CC) that has a complex structure and can be manufactured by several processes. The qualification process of the TSB can be divided into sub-component qualification and overall assembly qualification. The qualification process and testing are difficult because each process exhibits non-standard properties. The qualification process of the sub-components includes the welding process qualification (resistance spot welding and vacuum brazing), insulation process qualification, and electrical test qualification. In response to the ITER Organization requirements, a mock-up was designed to meet the process qualification requirements, defining the specific methods and requirements for the implementation of a single qualification process for welding, insulation, and electricity. Based on full-size vacuum pressure impregnation of the bottom and top correction coil (BTCC) insulation sample, the overall assembly scheme of the BTCC TSB was designed. In particular, an electrical test was conducted on the entire ground insulation of the BTCC TSB prototype, and the test item, content, and acceptance criteria were determined.

  • experimental results on paschen tests on the electrical insulation of the Terminal Service box of the correction coils of iter
    Fusion Engineering and Design, 2019
Co-Authors: Wangwang Zheng, Xiongyi Huang, Jinxing Zheng
    Abstract:

Abstract The insulation performance of wet wrapping of Terminal Service box pipework is investigated by the Paschen discharge test in this study. The test mock-up was designed with a U-shaped pipework as the fundamental structure, consisting of insulator breaks, voltage taps, and high voltage wires. In addition, the design of the test mock-up and insulation structure is studied, and the investigation method used in this study is described in detail. A high voltage test was conducted at room temperature for various degrees of vacuum. The test results demonstrated that the insulation (wet wrapping) remains undamaged, and leakage current is less than 10 μA. Further, the test results conformed to the requirements of the ITER Organization. Finally, the performance of the insulation was determined, and the feasibility of the wet wrapping process was verified indirectly.

  • An Empirical Study of Container Terminal’s Service Attributes
Journal of Service Science and Management, 2011
    Co-Authors: Xiaoxing Gong, Lei Wang
    Abstract:

This paper empirically evaluates container Terminal Service attributes from shipping lines and shipping agencies’ perspective. Some methods are applied for study, such as Internal-Consistency Reliability, Factor Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Importance-Satisfaction Analysis and analysis of variance. The results suggest that customers perceive reliability of the agreed vessel sailing time to be the most important container Terminal Service attribute, followed by custom declaration efficiency, loading and discharging efficiency, port cost and berth availability. While quality of port facility is the most satisfactory Service attribute. Based on the concept of market segmentation, we employed cluster analysis to classify customers of container Terminal into three segments, namely port cost oriented firms, port facilities and equipments oriented firms, and Service efficiency and IT Service oriented firms. Theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed.

  • Service improvement of joyoboyo Terminal in surabaya
    Transylvanian Review, 2016
    Co-Authors: Agung Sedayu, Sarwoko Mangkoedihardjo
    Abstract:

Joyoboyo Terminal is Terminal type B in Surabaya has an important role as a node of public transportation between cities in the province. The Terminal is in operation since 1969 and until now steadily declining Services and desolate from passengers and freight vehicles. The local government of Surabaya continues to improve the Terminal Service by attempting to revitalize Terminal. To support the revitalization efforts, it is necessary to support a research study consider satisfaction and user expectations. This study aims to determine the improvement target of Joyoboyo Terminal Services based on user perception. The used method is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) aims to determine priorities and improvement targets of Service quality according to theTerminal user. The technical responses collection in response to the level of user importances, user satisfaction and user expectations gained 19 technical responses. From the 19 technical responses, thethe effort to improve transport Services quality has the highest target score, while the effort to increase the number and capacity of toilet has the lowest scores in Service improvement target of Joyoboyo Terminal. Affinity diagrams are made to classify the target of increasing Joyoboyo Terminal Services consisting of facilities, comfort, security and safety, cost, and employee or officer in a management institution of Joyoboyo Terminal.

  • Improvement Priorities and Targets in Quality of Services of Public Transport Terminal: A Case Study in Purabaya Terminal Surabaya Indonesia
    2013
Co-Authors: Agung Sedayu, Harnen Sulistio, Agoes Soehardjono, Achmad Wicaksono
    Abstract:

The quality of Service of public transport Terminal in Indonesia is getting lower over time. This condition is caused by declining of people interest to public transport. This study aims to determine the priorities and targets in improvement and enhancement on the Service quality of public transport Terminal of Purabaya, Surabaya City Indonesia. Purabaya is one of the largest Terminal types in Indonesia and Surabaya is the largest city in province East Java Indonesia. There search method is extracting information of customers needs that called voice of customer(VoC). The customers are passengers who use Terminal and its facilities. The analyzing that are applied consist of importance performance analysis(IPA) and quality function deployment(QFD). IPA is applied to get level of importance customer, and QFD with house of quality (HoQ) is used for technical response from Terminal management institution. IPA results explained that the highest priority attributes are requirement to get transport modes. While QFD analysis result technical response to improve transport Services to become high target with the highest own performance score is 798.118. While the technical response of providing banking facilities, ATM and money changer being low target because they have the lowest own performance score that is746.429. With the two analyzing methods that were identified improvement priorities and targets of Purabaya Terminal Service based on level of importance, satisfaction, and expectations customer.
