    مستخلص البحث يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة نموذج التفسير الذي يظهر باستخدام وسائل الإعلام الجديدة، أي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. ومع ذلك، نظرًا للعدد الكبير من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي ظهرت في هذا العصر التكنولوجي المتطور، يتم تخصيص هذا البحث لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي على انستجرام على حساب @Quranrivew. مع مشكلة البحث: كيف نموذج التفسير على حساب انستجرام @Quranrivew وكيف الآثار المترتبة على تطور دراسة القرآن والتفسير. هذا البحث هو دراسة نوعية معيارية بنوع دراسة مكتبية تسعى للبحث عن دراسة التفسير من خلال أخذ موضوع ظاهرة تفسير القرآن الكريم عمليا في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومع إطار نظرية إعلامية لمارشال ماكلوهان (Marshall McLuhan) وهي: (١) الوسيلة هي الرسالة، يعني أن نرى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي إنستجرام وسائل اجتماعية جديدة لها دور كبير في عالم التفسير. (٢) مدى الإنسان، أي كيفية انستجرام كوسيلة جديدة كمرسل الرسائل. (٣) القرية العالمية، وهي الطريقة التي يمكن الوسائل الإعلام انستجرام بالربط بين الناس في نطاق واسع حتى تتمكن من تشكيل مجتمع واحد في الفضاء الإلكتروني. (٤) الحتمية التكنولوجية، وهي نظرية تستخدم لمعرفة كيف دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي انستجرام في وساطة تفسير القرآن الكريم حتى يصل إلى الناس. نموذج التفسير على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي انستجرام على حساب @Quranriview هو تفسير مرئي، حيث يتم عرض التفسير في شكل صورة ذات موضوع معين. يتم تكييف الآية المعروضة في كل صورة مع موضوع الصورة مما يتم شرحها بعد ذلك في أسفل انستجرام أو كتعليل في شكل تفسير. وبالنظر إلى أن هذه الوسائط القائمة على الإنترنت التي توفر المرافق بشكل سريع في الاستفادة أو إنتاج أي تفسير، وذلك يمحو حدود المكان والزمان، مما يجعل البشر تعتمد عليه. يفضل الناس الجلوس أمام الآلات، بدلاً من التفاعل المباشر مع الآخرين أو مقابلة المعلم والذهاب إلى مجلس علمي للحصول على التفسير ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the tafseer model that appears through a new media that is a social media. Since many social media appears in this era of sophisticated technology, this study focuses solely on the Instagram account named @Quranrivew. The problems of the study are: what is the tafseer model presented in @Quranrivew and how is its implications toward the development of Quran and Tafseer Study. This is a qualitative study, which employs normative approach and uses library research as the type of study. It evaluates the tafseer study practically by choosing the Quran Tafseer phenomena presented through social media as the object of study, using Marshall McLuhan’s media theory framework. The framework comprises: (1) Medium is the Message, which is a way to see Instagram as a new social media that has a significant role in the world of tafseer. (2) Extention of man, which concerns Instagram as a new media as to Transfer Message. (3) Global Village, which deals with how Instagram can connect human to each other within an extensive scope so that it can form one community in the cyberspace. (4) Technological Determinism, which is a theory to see the role of social media named Instagram can be the medium for Quran tafseer so that it can be conveyed well to human beings. The tafseer model presented by the social media on the Instagram account named @Quranriview is a visual tafseer, in which the tafseer is presented in form of pictures with particular themes. The verse presented in each picture is adjusted to the theme of the picture, and the explanation of the verse is given in the bottom part of Instagram or is given as a caption that acts as an interpretation. Since this is an internet-based media that provides a speedy facility for consuming or producing a tafseer in order to eliminate any space and time boundary, and humans become dependent on it. Humans prefer to sit in front of machines rather than interact with other people, meet a teacher, or join an educational assembly to learn some interpretations. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui model tafsir yang muncul dengan menggunakan media baru yaitu media sosial. Namun, sehubungan dengan banyaknya media sosial yang muncul pada era teknologi yang sangat canggih ini, penelitian ini dikhususkan pada media sosial Instagram pada akun @Quranrivew. Dengan Rumusan masalah: bagaimana model tafsir pada akun Instagram @Quranrivew serta bagaimana implikasinya terhadap perkembangan studi al-Quran dan Tafsir. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kualitatif normatif dengan jenis studi pustaka yang berusaha menelaah kajian tafsir dengan mengambil objek fenomena tafsir al-Quran secara praktis dalam media sosial dan dengan kerangka teori media milik Marshall McLuhan yaitu: (1) Mediun is the Message, yakni untuk melihat media sosial Instagram sebagai sebuah media sosial baru yang memiliki peran signifikan dalam dunia tafsir. (2) Extention of man, yakni bagaimana Instagram sebagai media baru sebagai penghantar pesan. (3) Global Village, yakni bagaimana media Instagram dapat menghubungkan manusia dalam jangkauan yang sangat luas sehingga bisa membentuk satu komunitas dalam dunia maya. (4) Thecnological Determinism, yakni teori ini digunakan untuk melihat bagaimana peran media sosial Instagram dalam memediasi tafsir al-quran sehingga bisa sampai ke manusia. Model tafsir yang berada di media sosial Instagram pada akun @Quranriview merupakan tafsir visual, dimana tafsir ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar dengan tema tertentu. Ayat yang ditampilkan pada setiap gambar disesuaikan dengan tema gambar tersebut, yang kemudian penjelasan ayatnya dijelaskan pada bagian bawah Instagram atau sebagai caption yang berupa penafsiran. Mengingat bahwa media ini berbasis internet yang memberikan fasilitas sangat cepat dalam mengkonsumsi atau memproduksi sebuah tafsir, sehingga dapat menghilangkan batas ruang dan waktu, menjadikan manusia memiliki ketergantungan terhadapnya. Manusia lebih memilih duduk didepan mesin, dari pada berinteraksi langsung dengan orang lain ataupun untuk menemui seorang guru dan mendatangi sebuah majlis ilmu untuk mendapatkan penafsiran

    Future CMPs will combine many simple cores with deep cache hierarchies. With more cores, cache resources per core are fewer, and must be shared carefully to avoid poor utilization due to conflicts and pollution. Explicit motion of data in these architectures, such as Message passing, can provide hints about program behavior that can be used to hide latency and improve cache behavior. However, to make these models attractive, synchronization overhead and data copying must also be offloaded from the processors. In this paper, we describe a Message Orchestration and Performance Enhancement Device (MOPED) that provides hardware mechanisms to support state-of-the-art Message passing protocols such as MPI. MOPED extends the per-processor cache controllers and coherence protocol to support Message synchronization and management in hardware, to Transfer Message data efficiently without intermediate buffer copies, and to place useful data in caches in a timely manner. MOPED thus allows full overlap between communication and computation on the cores. We extended a 16-core full-system simulator based on Simics and FeS2. MOPED interacts with the directory controllers to orchestrate Message data. We evaluated benefits to performance and coherence traffic by integrating MOPED into the MPICH runtime. Relative to unmodified MPI execution, MOPED reduces execution time of real applications (NAS Parallel Benchmarks) by 17–45% and of communication microbenchmarks (Intel's IMB) by 76–94%. Off-chip memory misses are reduced by 43–88% for applications and by 75–100% for microbenchmarks.

    Abstract:

    In the secure DNS the amount of information that should be managed greatly increased and the interdependency in the information became very complex. Therefore, it became necessary to develop a mechanism which can manage zone information efficiently. Moreover, a consistent interface became also necessary so that a secure DNS may be efficiently interconnected with other Internet application services. In this paper we explain the design and implementation of a secure DNS extended with two functions : (1) a dynamic update function which enables to add and remove zone information dynamically and (2) a zone Transfer function that efficiently Transfers update zone information among DNS servers. We developed a method which integrates two zone Transfer mechanisms, full zone Transfer and incremental zone Transfer, and also proposed a method to compress data in the zone Transfer Message. We also introduced a data structure called a delta file to integrate the zone Transfer function and the dynamic update function.

    In 1998, all the information controlled by government. In the past, people not allowed to speak their aspiration or opinion about government decision. But now, we are entering communication freedom. People can speak up about their aspiration and opinion in public. People can influence government decision. There are no limit to speak up now. Our communication freedom also regulated in The 1945 Regulation of Republic of Indonesia Article 28F stated that we have rights to get information, to share information and to keep information. Now a days, we are as Indonesia people too free to speak up. No limitless to share our aspiration. Social media has no gate keeper which mean that no one can control the information. It cause hoax or fake information, provocative campaign and hostility. The writer conduct this research using quantitative methodology. The purpose of this research are to find, investigate and to analyze the effectiveness to use Instagram as communication platform to shape youth perception. Data from Kontan Magezine stated that more than 40% voters dominated by youth. This is a big opportunity and big challenge for politicians to win the election. Politicians compete to win youth heart. It is not easy to steal youth attentions. How politicians build relationship with youth? How politicians get engage with youth? The new strategy campaign is using social media to build relationship. They are post every activity to impress youth. They are make program or campaign program and ask youth to join and support the program. The purpose of using social media is to shape youth perception. Another issue is youth is lack of interest to get involve in politic activity. They are skeptic for every political activity. The stigma is political participation is about giving your vote in the election. But in this research, writer find out that voting is not only political participation. Talking about politic with friends, follow or commenting on candidate’s instagram account are include political participation. This research using media ecology studies, perception theory and political participation theory. Questionnaire is the instrument of this research to collect data. Banteng Muda Community as the respondent. Banteng Muda Community is youth community under Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle. They used to be success team to support Mr. Joko Widodo and Mr.Jusuf Kalla to win presidential election in 2014. Now, Banteng Muda Community concern in social issue around Indonesia. The finding of this research are Instagram is an effective communication platform to Transfer Message and information. Instagram success to shape youth perception and influence youth to take action in political participation
