    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of internet technology and protected cultivation in China, it is impending to implement a web-based information service system to spread professional agricultural knowledge. In this study, a 3-layer architecture web-based information servservice platform (ISP) for protected crop pests was developed using HTML, JavaScript and Active Server Page (ASP). The platform included the information management module, the aided diagnosis module, the module of instructions for pest control, the technology BBS module, the system management module and the relative references module. Two logical algorithms, namely, identification key method and fuzzy diagnostic method, were designed for aided diagnosis of protected crop pests. The ISP could provide a technological platform for decision makers, agricultural technique extension workers and farmers. It is favorable to the effective management of protected crop pests.

    Abstract:

    Objectives: To design an application in SAAS (Software As A Service) platform for assisting the safety and health management in the mining companies of any size, complying with the current legal regulations and internal policies of the enterprise. Methods: It has been applied the development methodology of the Rational UnifUnified Process (RUP) software customized and certified with ISO 9001:2000. The following tools were used: a programming language, Java 2.0, Active Server Page 2.0, JavaScript, T-SQL, database Microsoft SQL Server 10.0; generator of reports, Jasper Reports; originator of charts,, Fusion charts 5.0; framework UI, Sencha; Application Server, JBoss; Web Server, IIS; Operating system, Microsoft Windows. Results: It has been achieved a simple and an intuitive product which assists personal mining with little knowledge of software tools. In addition, this application also allows to store the structured and unstructured information in centralized manner (images, documents, etc.); available information without space restrictions; time or devices; simple process of load information through MS Excel files; statistical graphics that display the information in a simple manner; safety indicators which help to assess the management and take preventive measures in time; preventive aware in each process; and the emission of reports required by the authorities. Conclusions: From this study, it has developed an application in which the entrance and required information is very intuitive and immediate to get. Indeed, this will be useful for workers who are in charge of registering information/data and have pressure time. The processes are very standardized at international level so that they can be used in many countries.Objetivos: diseñar una aplicación en plataforma SAAS (Software As A Service) que pueda ser utilizada por las empresas mineras de cualquier envergadura para ayudar a la gestión de la seguridad y salud cumpliendo con la normativa legal vigente y las políticas internas de la empresa.     A Web based remote monitoring system design method was proposed for industrial wastwastewateratment processes.Based on the proposed system framework,the system’s function modules were designed by using VC++ programming language and ASP(Active Server Page) technology,and the remote monitoring and control functions for industrial wastwastewateratment were realized.Users can realize the functions of industrial real-time data acquisition,the curve showing,the remote control and query the statistics of historical data by the browser.

    Abstract:

    A Web Based Temperature monitoring system that allows the user to continuously monitor the temperature condition of a room. The enhancement from the existing system on the temperature monitoring is that this prototype system allowed the data to be monitored anytime and anywhere from the Internet. This research divided into two parts that involved with the hardware and software. The hardware part involved building the temperature Sensor board and for the software part involved written programming and construct coding using Linux language program. The programs then are uploaded into the microcontroller which then created Visual Basic 6.0 application to display the temperature and saves the data into a database. An Active Server Page (ASP) scripting language is used as Server side scripting to publish the current temperature at the web browser. This prototype of a Web-Based Temperature Monitoring has met all the objectives derived and planned.
