In the military affAirs, DIS is used to evaluate operational efficiency more and more. On the basis of analyzing DIS and its application in operational efficiency evaluation, the common process of efficiency evaluation on DIS is illustrated, and the system structure of efficiency evaluation simulation system is introduced. It is useful for studying network Air–Defense system operational efficiency evaluation based on attack Defense antagonism simulation.

Graph theory was used to model the networked Air Defense System.Combined with improved algorithm,the engagement critical path of networked Air Defense System with target was calculated.Then,Air Defense System optimization method was proposed.Simulation results proves the effectiveness of graph model and critical path algorithm for the analysis of networked Air Defense System.

Operation modeling based on component technology is the basis of joint operations simulation,solves the interoperability between the reusability of the model and simulation applications,and can greatly improve the development effectiveness of combat simulation.In view of the current large-scale joint operations simulation needs,using HLA simulation based on CCM component technology,after analyzing the characteristics of the Air Defense operation and task,using Rose as a tool,the basic action model of Air Defense operation was established,and the Air Defense combat basic action library was designed.Finally,the basic framework of Air Defense combat simulation was designed based on CCM components and HLA Technology.

The surface Air Defense troop is an important aerial Defense force, but the single index is adopted for the evaluation of its operational efficiency in a long period of time, which can not evaluate completely and truly. In this paper, by analyzing the factors which influence on the surface Air Defense operational efficiency, first, an index system for the surface Air Defense comprehensive evaluation of the operational efficiency is built up; Second, the fuzzy synthetic evaluating model and method are given; Third, the method of calculating weight–the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is introduced; Finally, a practical example is given. The research result has directive effect and stronger practicability on complete and science evaluation of the surface Air Defense operational efficiency.
