A new project of Aircraft environmental control system for integrated digital control with hardware and software was proposed. The feasibility was validated in principle by ground test of an advanced air fighter ECS after computer simulation design. The new integrated digital control system with fuzzy control and the old PID control methods were compared in ground test. Fuzzy control method has fast response and good steady precision for Aircraft ECS real time control. It is demonstrated that the improved actual Aircraft ECS can satisfy the design demands of Aircraft Function subsystem.

To support the research on the carrier-based Aircraft deck-landing, an Aircraft and landing gear model under discretional landing states was built. In order to simulate the variational and complex attitudes of the Aircraft and the dynamic shocks of three landing gears, a reverse-passed force method was adopted; the Aircraft Function of six-degree- of-freedom and the differential equations of three landing gears were combined. By simulation and analysis, how exactly and veritably the model can simulate the Aircraft landing process under discretional states is demonstrated.

A integrated testing platform for verifying the Function of Variable Frequency Alternating Current (VFAC) electrical power system(EPS) for Civil Aircraft is presented in this papers. The diverse Functions of testing system are elaborated for the Aircraft Function testing such as the power qualquality analysis, power distribution logic checking, system control and protective ability verification, and the communication testing with the Avionic system by the Avionics Full-Duplex Switched Ethernet (AFDX) bus. In this paper, The hardware scheme which is the distributed and network measuring system based on PXI-bus was proposed. The testing software which verified the Function of EPS was developed by Labview software. The integrated testing platform can be simulated as Aircraft copper bird experimental platform which can send the on/off command of emulated Electric load to power generation and distribution subsystem, receive the status or fault information from Electric load and controlling or protective terminal device during different flight profile such as taxing, climbing, cruising operation stage. The power qualquality analysis algorithm also was developed on the testing system to verify the performance of the EPS. The Function of overall testing system proposed is verified by experimental results.

Small crafts play an important role in marine development, and the development of power propulsion technology determines the operational performance of the Aircraft. Aiming at the special requirements of small Aircraft Function, structure and operating environment, based on the analysis of the operation characteristics and influencing factors of small Aircraft, the general design flow of power propulsion system construction is proposed, and the marine clearing navigation is carried out with a certain design. As an example, the design verification of the power propulsion system is carried out, and the relevant conclusions can provide a reference for the construction of the small Aircraft propulsion system.

The application of PHM can greatly help improve the dependability,the efficiency of maintenance,the advance of fault diagnosis and the capacity of fault tolerance of power system of More-Electric Aircraft.Since the traditional use of PHM in power system of More-Electric Aircraft is the concentrated project,in which the power system is looked as a segment system of Aircraft Function management area,the equipments have no PHM and the signals of the equipments are given to the PHM of Function management district,which can not fulfill the needs of complicated power system.Based on analyzing the augmented-FMEA and sorting the faults,this paper designs a focus-distributing PHM system,adopts the augmented-FMEA and the prognosticating model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and finally combines the power system PHM with the Aircraft PHM properly.All the tasks done in this paper are of some practical value and thinking innovation,which decide the direction for the research and development of power system PHM.
