A weighted algorithm of fuzzy logic strategy on Water level control of steam generator

The major dynamics of Boiler Water level include nonlinearities, nonminimum phase behavior, instabilities, time delays, and load disturbances. A weighted algorithm of fuzzy logic strategy is applied to control the steam Boiler using the GPE (Gaussian partition with evenly spaced midpoints) system. The fuzzy logic controller has been tested in a real plant and the results obtained are shown.

Research on Test of Adjustment and Treatment of Sodium Hydroxide in 600MW Subcritical Drum Boiler Water
Zhejiang Electric Power, 2020Co-Authors: Song Jing-xiaAbstract:This paper introduces the test and operation situation of replacing phosphate treatment with sodium hydroxide treatment for Unit 4 Boiler Water in Zhejiang Guohua Ninghai Power Plant.The result shows that the salinity of Boiler Water declined after sodium hydroxide treatment and the Boiler Water quality was improved so that it lowered the sodium content of vapor and reduced the salification risk in the superheater and steam turbine.It is of high significance for energy saving and consumption reduction in power plants.

Supercritical once-through Boiler Water-coal ratio modelling and character study
The 27th Chinese Control and Decision Conference (2015 CCDC), 2015Co-Authors: Heng Zhang, You LvAbstract:The supercritical once-through Boiler is a complex system with the characteristics of strong coupling, non-linearity and multiple parameters. Quick and accurate acquisition of its Water-coal ratio is the guarantee of the Boiler's safe, economic and stable operation. The turbine heat rate calculation method based on unit operation data was introduced in this paper. Then by the matter and energy conservation, the Water-coal ratio calculation model was derived from the relation between Water-coal ratio and heat rate. Finally, taking a certain 600MW coal-fired unit as example, the Water-coal ratio under rated conditions were calculated by the put forward model. The result is indicated that the model is efficiency and reasonable from theoretical analysis and practical application. The obtained Water-coal ratio character is of great significance for supercritical once-through Boiler control improvement.

Exploration on Low Phosphate-Sodium Hydroxide Treatment for Subcritical Drum Boiler Water
