Cell-assisted lipotransfer(CAL) treating congenital Breast Dysplasia
Chinese Journal of Aesthetic Medicine, 2013Co-Authors: Tang YingAbstract:Objective To study the effect of treatment of cell-assisted lipotransfer(CAL) for congenital Breast Dysplasia.Methods After tumescent anesthesia,the autologous subcutaneous fat granule was obtained by liposuction with 50ml syringe,the adipose portion was washed several times in normal saline and placed in an upright position to obtain clear separation of fluids and oil,centrifuged at 700 g for 3 min,gave up the upper layer.Half of the fat granule was used for isolution of the autologous SVFs which was rich in ADSC,then mixed the SVFs with the other half fat granule.After gentle mixing,the mixture was injected into the accepted region such as subcutaneous fat layer and the retromammary space(except mammary gland).The quantity of mixture was 100~150 ml in each side of Breast per transplantation at 3~6 months intervals.Results Totle of thirty-six cases(72 Breasts)was underwent this operation,seven cases obtained satisfactory results with one operation,twenty-four cases(48 Breasts) had two operations,and five cases(10 Breasts) had three operations,obvious complications were not found.Conclusion The patients who suffer from congenital Breast Dysplasia treated with cell-assisted lipotransfer are highly satisfied with this operation,cell-assisted lipotransfer has better effect,so it derives to be recommended.

As it was revealed, the greater part of the human genome is represented by non-coding sequences. They also include long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs). SRA1 is one of its representatives. This lncRNA affects steroid hormones receptors by activating their transcriptional activity. Thereby, SRA1 can be involved in pathogenesis of steroid-responsive tissues tumors. Purpose. To study the association between the SRA1 rs801460-polymorphism and the development of thyroid nodules in Ukrainian females with proliferative type of benign Breast Dysplasia (BBD) without atypia. Materials and methods. 117 patients with proliferative type of BBD without atypia were enrolled into the study. They were divided into two comparison groups: 12 subjects with thyroid nodules and 105 subjects with no thyroid nodules. All patients were diagnosed on an outpatient basis by a licensed surgeon (license AG No. 600519). The polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis was used for SRA1 rs801460-polymorphism genotyping. Statistical data processing was performed using Statistical Package for Social Science software (SPSS, version 25.0, Chicago, IL, USA). Results. The distribution of CC-homozygotes, CT-heterozygotes and TT-homozygotes in patients with thyroid nodules was 1 (8.3 %), 11 (91.7 %) and 0 (0 %), respectively. The distribution of genotypes in the group without thyroid nodules was 38 (36.2 %), 51 (48.6 %) and 16 (15.2 %), respectively. Significant difference was found in genotypes distribution between patients with and without nodules (P = 0.017). Multivariable logistic regression has shown that CT-genotype has lower thyroid nodules risk compared to CC- and TT-genotypes (P = 0.020, OR = 0.083, 95% CI = 0.010-0.681). Conclusion. A statistically significant association was found between SRA1 rs801460-polymorphism and thyroid nodules occurrence in Ukrainian females with proliferative type of BBD without atypia. Individuals with CT-genotype have less risk of thyroid nodules development compared to homozygotes (CC and TT).

Defined genotype PvuII polymorphism EsRα, the expression level in remote EsRα among patients with BBD. For these patients, and morphological parameters samples are divided into groups and compared. It is shown that there is a connection between the PvuII-gene polymorphism EsRα with the degree of proliferation (χ2=43,142; p<0,0001) and the expression level EsRα (χ2=51,041; p<0,0001) in Breast tissue at BBD in patients with homozygous (C/C) polymorphism PvuІІ of the gene EsRα. Addition to the standard morphological study justified immunohistochemical study with the definition of the expression level of EsRα due to the fact that the increase in the level of expression associated with an increase in cell proliferation in tumors with BBD (χ2=7,370; p=0,007). An algorithm for the diagnosis of proliferative forms BBD.

China Modern Medicine, 2013Co-Authors: Cui ShunyAbstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cell-assisted autologous lipotransfer in the treatment of congenital Breast Dysplasia.Methods 42 cases of patients with 84 sides of congenital Breast Dysplasia were selected from our hospital from October 2009 to October 2012.On the premise of tumescent anesthesia on it,accumulated fat was aspirated by negative pressure suction with 50 ml syringe,and then the fat particles were douched by physiological saline.The liquid and oil in fat was filtrated out after still standing,and supernatant was cleared away by eccentric exercise with 700 r/min for three minutes.SVFs extraction was conducted on half of the fat particles,and then they were mixed with the other half of fat granules.Retromammary cellular space and subcutaneous injection was given to the patients.The dose of drug per administration for unilateral Breast should be controlled in the range of 100 to 150 ml,and interval time of two adjacent injections should be controlled in 3 to 6 months.The treatment satisfaction and postoperative complications of patients were observed.Results After the treatment on 42 cases of patients with 84 sides of congenital Breast Dysplasia,filling once in 12 cases with 24 sides,filling for 2 times in 24 cases with 48 sides,filling for3 times in 6 cases with 12 sides.Patients total satisfaction on treatment outcomes was 95.2%.After operation,no patient appeared fibrous capsule formation,fat liquefaction,microcalcification,induration and other complications.And treatment did not affect lactation function of patients.Conclusion Cell-assisted autologous lipotransfer has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of congenital Breast Dysplasia,so it is worthy of promotion and application.

Method: This is a 30-year study of the incidences of both mammary Dysplasia and Breast cancer occurring among the Igbos, a major ethnic group in Nigeria, West Africa. Results: Out of 1304 cases of Breast cancer found in a personal histopathology data pool, 8 (0.6%) had previously presented with mammary Dysplasia. This figure falls within the 0.2% – 7% range published in the literature. Conclusion: It is hypothesized that the true relationship will be discovered through simply promoting thorough doctor-patient communications worldwide. Herbal medicinal products in a treatment of mastalgia in gynecologic patients

ЛеваковAbstract:Implementation of Breast cancer screening using digital mammography improved the diagnosis of primary proliferative regressive structural changes in the Breast, manifested as diffuse or diffusely-nodal deformations of tissues. Currently, women are significantly more likely to seek medical consultation for damages of the Breast that could not be evaluated earlier. This requires the development of special tactics for their treatment and follow-up. Nowadays, searching for prognostic markers and choosing adequate therapy for nodular and diffuse mastopathy are among the most discussed issues in mammology, because up to 25% of all Breast cancer cases are diagnosed during the in situ phase. In this article we try to reassess the problem of dyshormonal changes in the Breast and develop an optimal approach to their treatment. The purpose of research was to study data on the effectiveness of the drug Mastodinon® in gynecological patients with diffuse dishormonal Breast Dysplasia complicated by mastalgia. The study included 127 women with mastalgia, which were divided into 2 groups: group I included 96 women with cyclic mastalgia, and group II included 31 women with non-cyclic mastalgia. Patients were recommended the herbal drug Mastodynon® 1 tablet 2 times a day for 6 months. Evaluation of the effect was carried out on the subjective sensations of patients and on the objective data of ultrasound or mammography. Only 78 (61.4%) patients were assessed in dynamics according to the results of control examinations performed in the period from the 4th to the 8th month after the start of therapy. The results of the study in the treatment group Mastodynon® was 2.6 times better than in the untreated group: on average by the 6th month of therapy a positive response was observed in 71% of cases in the form of the disappearance or reduction in the mastalgia severity
