    Abstract:

    Isla Fuerte se caracteriza por tener una pesca netamente artesanal, contando para esta con embarcaciones de pequeño calado y artes de pesca fabricadas por los propios pescadores, al ser una población costera y dedicada a la pesca, poseen gran conocimiento sobre los recursos marinos que poseen, pero por lo general esta información cuenta con imprecisiones debido a que los pescadores por tradición, tienen nombres diferentes para una misma especie generando así confusiones y registros mal elaborados. En el presente trabajo se hace una descripción de la pesca artesanal en Isla Fuerte ? Bolívar, durante septiembre de 2017, en donde se encontró el uso de 16 caladeros, de los cuales, cuatro de ellos son nuevos, (no reportados anteriormente), de estos caladeros nuevos, tres están muy alejados de la isla, y los pescadores manifestaron que estos los visitan con mayor frecuencia respecto a los caladeros tradicionales. Se encontró paralelamente que las embarcaciones con motor fuera de borda son las que principalmente se están utilizando para la actividad pesquera, aparentemente desplazando a los botes de madera y remo, por lo que se registró un menor número de ellos. Todas estas embarcaciones llegan a los principales puertos o desembarcaderos: Puerto Limón, Punta Arenas y Latal. En cuanto a artes de pesca, se registró la línea de mano como el arte más utilizada, con el 50,9% de los registros totales, siendo esta la que captura las principales familias de peces de importancia comercial en la isla, encontrándose que la familia Carangidae la más representativa con 11 especies, seguida por las familias Lutjanidae y Haemulidae. Euthynnus alletteratus (Scombridae) fue, de las 98 especies registradas, la que tuvo mayor abundancia en pesca como volumen de captura, seguida por Haemulon plumieri (Haemulidae), Katsuwonus pelamis (Scombridae), Seriola dumerili (Carangidae), y Ocyurus chrysurus (Lutjanidae), por lo que estas 5 especies se registraron como las de mayor importancia en este periodo de tiempo.Isla Fuerte is characterized for having a purely artisanal fishing, counting for it with small draft vessels and fishing gear manufactured by the fishermen themselves, being a coastal town dedicated to fishing, they have great knowledge about the marine resources they possess, but this information usually has inaccuracies because fishermen by tradition, have different names for the same species, thus generating confusions and poorly prepared records. In the present work a description of the artisanal fishery in Isla Fuerte - Bolívar is made, during September 2017, where the use of 16 fishing grounds was found, of which, four of them are new, (not previously reported), these new fishing grounds, three are far from the island, and fishermen said that they visit them more frequently than traditional fishing grounds. It was found in parallel that the boats with outboard motors are the ones that are mainly used for fishing, apparently displacing the wooden and rowing boats, so that a smaller number of them was registered. All these boats arrive at the main ports or landing sites: Puerto Limón, Punta Arenas and Latal. Regarding fishing gear, the hand line was recorded as the most used gear, with 50.9% of the total records, this being the one that captures the main fish families of commercial importance on the island, finding that the The most representative Carangidae family with 11 species, followed by the families Lutjanidae and Haemulidae.     This publication is part of a series that will constitute an Atlas of Teleostei Otoliths for the Southeastern-Southern Brazilian area. It presents the results of the morphological and morphometric analyses of 31 Perciformes (two species of Centropomidae; two of Acropomatidae; two of Serranidae; two of Priacanthidae; two of Malacanthidae; one of Pomatomidae; six of Carangidae; three of Lutjanidae; five of Gerreidae and six of Haemulidae). Whenever available in the collection, otoliths from three distinct specimen sizes were illustrated and photographed in order to show their variation during development. For each characteristic the frequency of occurrence was calculated within each length class (TL) and among length classes (during development) and differences were analyzed by a multiple χ² test (significance 0.05).

    Esta publicação é parte de uma série que constituirá um Atlas de Otólitos para os Teleostei da Região Sudeste-Sul brasileira. Nela são apresentados os resultados de análises morfológicas e morfométricas de 31 espécies de peixes Perciformes (duas espécies de Centropomidae; duas de Acropomatidae; duas de Serranidae; duas de Priacanthidae; duas de Malacanthidae; uma de Pomatomidae; seis de Carangidae; três de Lutjanidae; cinco de Gerreidae e seis de Haemulidae). Três otólitos de tamanhos distintos de cada espécie foram desenhados e fotografados, sempre que possível.     Llista ictiofaunística de les badies del Parc Nacional Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mèxic Es va determinar la composició íctica de les badies del Parc Nacional Huatulco amb la tècnica de censos visuals mitjançant 351 transsectes d’una llargada de 10 m portats a terme entre gener de 2009 i desembre de 2010. Es van identificar 89 espècies pertanyents  69 gèneres i 42 famílies. Les famílies Labridae, Pomacentridae i Carangidae van integrar el nombre més gran d’espècies i els gèneres més ben representats van ser Haemulon, Halichoeres i Scarus. Les espècies Acanthurus triostegus, Bothus constellathus, Chaetodipterus zonatus, Hemicaranx leucurus, Microlepidotus brevipinnis i Xenichthys xanti representen nous registres per a les badies de Huatulco i s’hi confirma la presència de Chaenomugil proboscideus, Narcine entemedor i Pseudobatos leucorhynchus. La comunitat íctica d’aquestes badies presenta més similituds amb les comunitats íctiques de Panamà i Costa Rica.Dades publicades a GBIF (doi:10.15470/eb4hrm).Se determinó la composición íctica de las bahías del Parque Nacional Huatulco con la técnica de censos visuales mediante 351 transectos de una longitud de 10 m efectuados entre enero de 2009 y diciembre de 2010. Las familias Labridae, Pomacentridae y Carangidae integraron el mayor número de especies y los géneros mejor representados fueron Haemulon, Halichoeres y Scarus. Eighty-nine species belonging to 69 genera and 42 families were identified. The most frequently represented families, according to numbers of species, were Pomacentridae, Labridae and Carangidae, and the most numerous genera were Haemulon, Halichoeres and Scarus. Acanthurus triostegus, Bothus constellathus, Chaetodipterus zonatus, Hemicaranx leucurus, Microlepidotus brevipinnis and Xenichthys xanti were recently recorded for the first time in the study area. The presence of Chaenomugil proboscideus, Narcine entemedor and Pseudobatos leucorhynchus in the Huatulco Bays is confirmed.
