  • interlayer color sprayed anti counterfeit coating white Cardboard and production process thereof
    2015
Co-Authors: Ji Xiangdong, Yan Lingyan, Wu Yirong, Yang Li, Zhang Dongsheng, Guan Li-ming
    Abstract:

The invention discloses an interlayer color sprayed anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard. The Cardboard comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer which are overlapped sequentially, wherein colored pigment or dye is contained between the surface layer and the core layer and/or between the core layer and the bottom layer. The invention further discloses a process for producing the anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard. Compared with a surface printed anti-counterfeit technology, the anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard cannot be simply or easily counterfeited by copying or printing, and the anti-counterfeiting effect is good; compared with other embedded anti-counterfeit technology in the prior art, the anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard is subjected to interlayer color spraying in the composite layer of paper, consumers can find different colors among layers by cutting or tearing the paper, so that the anti-counterfeit effect can be achieved, the identification mode is simple and feasible, and the counterfeiting difficulty is high.

  • anti counterfeit coating white Cardboard containing dyed wood pulp fibers and production process thereof
    2015
Co-Authors: Ji Xiangdong, Yan Lingyan, Wu Yirong, Yang Li, Zhang Dongsheng, Guan Li-ming
    Abstract:

The invention discloses an anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard containing dyed wood pulp fibers. The Cardboard comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer which are overlapped sequentially, wherein dyed wood pulp fibers are contained in the core layer and/or bottom layer in a content of 0.7-0.9wt%. The invention further discloses a process for producing the dyed wood pulp fibers and the anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard containing the dyed wood pulp fibers. According to the process, wood pulp fibers are dyed with dye, and the dyed wood pulp fibers are added in the core layer and/or bottom layer of the coating white Cardboard to obtain the anti-counterfeit coating white Cardboard, and the dyed fibers are easily identified. Compared with common dyed fibers, the dyed wood pulp fibers are simple in preparation flow, low in price and good in environment-friendly performance, have the characteristics of original fibers, and are soft and plastic. The prepared coating white Cardboard achieves a higher level in the fields of paper strength, printability and flexible performance in comparison with existing high-grade coating white Cardboard.

  • coating white Cardboard and production process thereof
    2013
Co-Authors: Ji Xiangdong, Yang Xi, Li Geng, Qiu Ruquan
    Abstract:

The invention provides a coating white Cardboard comprising a raw paper and a coating layer, wherein the raw paper comprises a surface layer, a core layer and a bottom layer which are orderly overlaid, the bottom layer is distributed with natural color fibers accounting for 5-10% by weight of the bottom layer, and the coating layer is coated on the surface layer. Because the natural color fibers which are distributed on the bottom layer form textures, the coating white Cardboard is easy to be distinguished and recognized from conventional white Cardboards. The natural color fibers do not need to be bleached through chemical processing, thereby influence of environment from bleaching chemicals is reduced, and COD emission load when in pulping is effectively reduced. The flexible performance and the bond strength of the coating white Cardboard are increased by adopting a fiber structure, binding force between layers is increased, and therefore packaging strength is increased.

  • analysis of the outcome of shredding pretreatment on the anaerobic biodegradability of paper and Cardboard materials
    Bioresource Technology, 2010
Co-Authors: Angela Manas Llamas, Sebastien Pommier, Xavier Lefebvre
    Abstract:

Abstract Paper and Cardboard stand for the major biodegradable organic fraction of most of municipal solid waste (MSW). This article aims at discussing the possible positive impact of a thin shredding of this fraction on its biodegradability under mesophilic anaerobic conditions, either for landfilling or for digestion in industrial reactors. For that purpose, BMP tests were performed on two types of paper and Cardboard mixtures: one sorted from a complex landfill French MSW income, one built from source separated papers and Cardboards. For both of these substrates, comparison was made between assays on large pieces of waste and assays on tiny shredded waste (powder particles of less than 1 mm diameter). For the second substrate, assays at two different inoculation levels were performed. All results are discussed both in terms of maximal methane conversion yields and in terms of kinetic rates. The main conclusion is that shredding does not improve methane potential of paper and Cardboard, neither the biogas production rates. This leads the authors to put forward the hypothesis that shredding does not significantly either increase enzyme accessibility to cellulose nor favor the surface bacterial colonization, although it strongly affects the macrostructure of the waste.
