Recent investigations have found that TCC is beneficial to cardiorespiratory function, strength, balance, flexibility, Tai chi literally means "moving life force." Tai chi's choreographed movements, called forms, resemble a slow, graceful dance. measurement of the O.Methylated derivative nor metanphrine and metanphrine in the Urine are a good index of the rate of secretion of norepinephine and epinephrine. The O. Mentholated derivative that are not excreted are largely oxidized , and VMA is the most Plentiful Catecholamine metabolite in the Urine (ganong , 1991) The purposes of this study were to investigate the effectiveness of Tai-Chi Chuan exercise on some of physiological , physical variables and performance Level for female students in faculty of physical education , zagazig university Tai Chi -type of movement performed by 30 female undergraduate students. From exercise department . were classified by two group (experimental group 15 students and control group 15 players ) , the experimental group was participated in Tai chi chuan exercises to 3 months , The subjects were required to synchronize the task movement with auditory stimuli, the control group don’t participated in Tai chi chuan exercises. The all subjects completed physiological tests (Catecholamine Urine – heart rate – vital capacity ) and performed the physical tests of (balance – strength - speed ) and performance Level in modern dance pre and post training Group differences were examined by using T tests Baseline results showed that : - the TCE group had significantly higher than the control group in the Catecholamine Urine Level – heart rate – vital capacity - the TCE group had significantly higher than the control group in the balance test - the TCE group had significantly higher than the control group in the Performance Level - not different between the TCE group and the control group in strength - speed tests.
