    A new remote user authentication scheme using smart cards and a NTRUSign signature scheme against Malleability weak are proposed.The security of the scheme relies on Hash function and the fact that for most lattices,it is very difficult to find extremely short vectors.The scheme has four phases: registration phase,login phase,authentication phase and Password Change phase.Furthermore,the scheme has many merits: it let users freely choose and Change Password at their own will;it provides mutual authentication between two entities;it has more lower computational costs;it resists man-in-middle attack and denial of service attack.In addition,it has forward security and strong security reparability,as well as black list eviction mechanism.In a word,the proposed scheme is a better scheme with lower cost and strong security.

    Password-based remote user authentication is a hotspot in authentication protocol research.The security of a proposed remote user authentication scheme was analyzed.Whereby it used nonce random and had very low computational costs.However,this scheme still has many security faults.The weakness of the scheme was demonstrated.Password-based remote user authentication and key agreement protocol(PUAKP),a novel nonce and hash-based remote user authentication scheme and key agreement using smart cards were also presented.In order to avoid the risk of message replay attack,the scheme uses nonce random instead of using time stamps.PUAKP has many merits: it lets users freely choose and Change Password at their own will;it provides mutual authentication between two entities;it has more lower computational costs;it resists man-in-the-middle attack;in addition,it has wrong Password sensitivity;and it has Password nontransparency to system and strong security reparability.Furthermore,the session key has freshness,confidentiality,known-key security and forward security.

    A no-inverse elliptic curve digital signature scheme is presented in this paper.A novel remote user authentication protocol-GECSA,which is based on the no-inverse elliptic curve signature and has no inverse operation,is also proposed.The security of the protocol relies on Hash function and the discrete logarithm problem over the points on the elliptic curve,the protocol has many merits:it let users freely choose and Change Password at their own will;it provides mutual authentication between two entities;in addition,it has lower computational costs, it resists man-in-middle attack and denial of service attack;it has forward security and strong security reparability. Furthermore,it has black list eviction mechanism.Overall,the proposed protocol is a better protocol with lower cost and strong security.

    The security of a new proposed remote user authentication scheme is analyzed. Whereby it uses nonce random and has very low computational costs. However, this scheme still has many secure faults. The weakness of the scheme is demonstrated. NHRA, a novel nonce and Hash based remote user authentication scheme using smart cards is also presented. In order to avoid the risk of message replay attack, the scheme uses nonce random instead of using time stamps. NHRA has many merits: it let users freely choose and Change Password at their own will; it provides mutual authentication between two entities; it has more lower computational costs; it resists masquerading remote system or legitimate user attack; in addition, it can detect fast when user inputs wrong Password and give the correct indication of the reason; Furthermore, it has strong security reparability.

    A recent study by ( ) might lend new meaning to an ancient discovery: fire. The discovery of fire is thought to have played a major role in the evolution of humans by allowing them, for example, to extract calories from the otherwise toxic seeds of angiosperms ( ). The processing of food at high temperature has other benefits, such as a general increase in the safety and shelf-life of stored foods, which is accomplished by the killing of contaminating microorganisms and the inactivation of endogenous proteases. Treatment with high temperatures also increases the palatability of foods by converting carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins into "browned," highly aromatic,and flavorfulcompounds ( ). This browning reaction is called the Maillard reaction. It is initiated when reactive sugars and certain oxidized lipids react with proteins, ultimately resulting in the formation of a large number of chemical compounds that enhance food quality ( ).
