Diversidade e sucessão ecológica de insetos associados à decomposição animal em fragmento de Mata Atlântica de Pernambuco
Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, 2008Co-Authors: Morais Cruz TadeuAbstract:A compreensão dos aspectos da diversidade e sucessão ecológica dos insetos envolvidos na decomposição cadavérica é importante, particularmente, na estimava do intervalo pós-morte (IPM) nas ciências forenses, apesar de estudos de decomposição em carcaças em ambientes abertos serem freqüentemente negligenciados em algumas regiões, mesmo fornecendo informações relevantes. Este estudo objetivou obter a riqueza e a diversidade dos insetos associados em carcaças suínas, Sus scrofa L, expostas em um fragmento de mata atlântica no nordeste brasileiro em duas estações, indicando as espécies importantes forensicamente, examinando comportamento da comunidade de inseto e testando o padrão de colonização da entomofauna durante todo os estágios de decomposição. Os invertebrados visitantes e colonizadores foram coletados diariamente e identificados. Foram coletados 10.039 dipteras que pertencem a 18 famílias (Sarcophagidae, Calliphoridae, Mesembrineliidae, Muscidae, Anthomyiidae, Fanniidae, Piophilidae, Phoridae, Stratiomyidae, Neriidae, Micropezidae, Tabanidae, Asilidae, Ropalomeridae, Drosophilidae, Chloropidae, Milichidae, Dixidae). As espécies Megaselia scalaris, Ophyra chalcogaster, Patonella intermutans e Hemilucilia segmentaria merecem atenção especial porque o adulto e formas imaturas foram encontrados em todas as experimentações. Inventaire des parasitoides d’Eldana saccharina Walker Pyralidae, Galeriinae, foreur de tiges de la canne a sucre en Cote d’Ivoire

L’étude vise à inventorier les parasitoïdes du foreur. Des oeufs, larves et chrysalides de foreurs ont été collectées à Ferké 1 et élevés au laboratoire. Le niveau des populations a été déterminé par les taux d’entre-noeuds et de cannes attaqués. Les résultats ont permis de déterminer deux espèces de Lépidoptères : E. saccharina (98,5 %) et Sesamia calamistis Hampson (1,5 %). Le taux de parasitisme des larves et chrysalides était faible (7,7 %). Les parasitoïdes oophages sont des Aphelinidae. La mouche Tachinidae, Sturmiopsis parasitica et une espèce de Chloropidae parasitent les larves et Psilochalsis sp. (Chalcidoïdae) parasite les larves et nymphes. Les Aphelinidae ont été identifiés pour la première fois comme parasitoïdes oophages des foreurs de la canne. Une augmentation des populations du foreur a été observée avec un pic de Juin à Juillet. It causes significant damage in Côte d’Ivoire where infestations in the sugar perimeters are strongly resurgent and the 2015-2017 harvest seasons showed a high rate of infestations exceeding the threshold of 6 % and peaks of 30 to 40 %. The study aims to inventory the parasitoids of the driller. Eggs, larvae and chrysalis of drillers were collected at Ferke 1 and raised in the laboratory. The level of the populations was determined through the rates of internodes and canes attacked. Two species of Lepidoptera were identified : E. saccharina (98.5 %) and Sesamia calamistis Hampson (1.5 %). The rate of parasitism of larvae and pupae was low (7.7 %). The oophagous parasitoids are Aphelinidae. Sturmiopsis parasitica (Tachinidae) and a species of Chloropidae parasitize the larvae and Psilochalsis sp. (Chalcidoïdae) parasitizes larvae and nymphs. The family of Aphelinidae has been identified for the first time as oophagous parasitoids of stem borers. The study showed an increase in borer populations with a peak from June to July.
