    Abstract:

    The primary role of the Mailbox Server is to host mailbox databases where the recipient mailboxes are hosted. But in Exchange Server 2013, there’s more done besides hosting those mailboxes. The Hub Transport service is also running on the Mailbox Server, and this service is responsible for all SMTP message routing in the Exchange organization. The Unified Messaging (UM)service is also part of the Mailbox Server role, and there's a Client Access service (CAS) running on the Mailbox Server as well. As explained in the previous chapter, the Client Access Server is a stateless protocol proxy, proxying user requests to the Mailbox Server; this is the Server where all processing takes place. But in Exchange 2013, the business logic was moved from the Client Access Server to the Mailbox Server. This is the reason you’ll find the Autodiscover section in this chapter instead of in Chapter 3.

    Now that we’ve covered some of the new functions of Exchange Server 2013 and provided some background information, it’s time to move on to actually installing Exchange 2013 and getting it working. In this chapter I will cover installation of both the Mailbox Server and the Client Access Server (CAS), including the prerequisite software. Installation can be performed using the GUI or from the command line, fully unattended. This chapter covers new, “green-field” installations. Chapter 3 covers upgrades from a previous version of Exchange Server.

    Objective To develop information system for radiotherapy. Methods The radiotherapy information the system adopts B/S structure mode, Access 2010 as the database Server at the front desk, running on the hospital local network, background database is called Oncentra TPS and SQL Server 2008 in Mosaiq system, using ASP programming language network, the system is in Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 platform development. Based on the Internet information services (IIS) 6.0 6.0 build system Server service components, IE browser is used to implement the Client Access Server capabilities. Results The information system including system Settings module, physics teacher module, the doctor module, technician module, data statistics and analysis, data download, seven modules such as video teaching. Conclusions The Radiotherapy information system is real-time performance, data security, stable operation, is the key construction for efficient utilization of resources in radiotherapy.     Objective To design and implement a network-based quality management system for tumor radiotherapy. Methods The system consists of B/S framework-based three-layer structures including the application layer, system service layer and data layer. It utilizes Nutz as the development framework to develop web applications, MySQL as the system database, Java programming language for system development, Tomcat as a system application Server for project release and IE, Google and other mainstream browsers to achieve Client Access Server functions. Results The system can support integrated information management and service of quality control institutions at the provincial, municipal and county levels. The functions include procedure management, case management, quality control management, notification announcement, data management and system management, etc. The system has been set up and tested in the cooperation units, and the operation and function are in good condition. Conclusion The system can support the assessment of online quality control, which is conducive to information analysis and sharing, promotes the standardization and normalization of quality control and improves work efficiency. Case management function can monitor the diagnosis and treatment processes of patients, establish continuous electronic record, deliver rational treatment and rehabilitation guidance plan, which play a pivotal role in the evaluation of tumor radiotherapy.
