This research aimed to seek the relationship between public search interest and countries policies, furthermore to observe whether the GT data could be utilized as a tool to make a risk communication during this pandemic. Methods: This retrospective study used GT to analyze the relative search volume (RSV) of keywords large-scale social restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar - PSBB ), MovementControl Order (MCO) or Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) and Circuit Breaker (CB) for Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore respectively. Daily number of COVID-19 confirmed cases were collected and analyzed using Pearson correlation and time-lag with P<0.05. Every search interest peak and mobility trends changes were qualitatively analyzed. Results: The results exhibited the relationship between the government Containment Policy, the peaks of analyzed RSV keywords and the mobility trends. The Containment Policy has significant relationships with COVID-19 daily cases (P<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicated that the government could use GT RSV as a strategy of crisis and risk communication to intervene public behavior towards the pandemic.

The data related via GT using time series data ranging from 1 March 2020 to 2 May 2020. The data then compared to the number of COVID-19 daily new cases. Qualitative analyzes used in every spike/peaking of search interest. The time-lag correlation with Pearson correlation was performed to measure the correlation between the raised of GT data and the increase of COVID-19 cases. From the keyword searched ‘lockdown’, ‘PSBB’, and ‘jaga jarak’ has 5,3,1 peak, respectely. PSBB’ has a highly significant positive correlation (R = 0,8137) compared with ‘lockdown’ (R = -0,2494) and ‘jaga jarak’ (R = 0,3177) with Pearson correlation. Lag-period wise, ‘PSBB’ also has a highly significant positive correlation in all set (P£0,05). ‘PSBB’ reached its peak consistently based on the Policy issued by the Government. Validation using time-lag correlation shows the significant correlation between RSV keywords related to Government of Indonesia personal protection and the number of COVID-19 cases. GT can be used as a public search interest in accordance with government Policy and also can confirm the reaction among population which is the original Policy of the Indonesian government.

Land Use Policy, 2002Co-Authors: Casey J Dawkins, Arthur C NelsonAbstract:Abstract Policies of urban Containment are widely used in land-use planning and as a means of reducing urban sprawl and of preserving farmland. This paper reviews the current state of knowledge about the effects of urban-Containment boundaries on house prices. It is concluded that urban Containment programs do affect land prices, and that housing producers do not always respond to higher land prices by increasing the density of development. In relation to aggregate housing prices, the effects of urban Containment Policy depend on factors such as style of Policy implementation, local housing markets, and pattern of land ownership. The demand side of the housing market may be a stronger determinant of prices than local urban Containment policies. Nevertheless, it is concluded that local planners can play a significant role in relation to the severity of housing price inflation attributable to urban Containment policies.

Containment is widely practised in Europe and is a key component of 'smart growth' being advocated by a number of interest groups in the USA. In fact, it has already been incorporated in growth management policies in use in 73 US metropolitan areas. In this paper, we argue that Containment may have a serious side-effect. It can lead to increased exposure to natural hazards and higher losses in disasters. However, we also show that measures are available to counter this effect, if planners recognize the threat and take vigorous steps to contain hazards, adjust building techniques or limit the development of potentially hazardous areas.

We identify that a successful approach gives an arrested phase regime following the Ostwald growth, where, over the course of time, one phase transforms into another metastable phase with a similar free energy as observed in oxygen interstitial diffusion in quantum complex matter and in crystallization of proteins. We introduce the s factor which provides a quantitative measure of the efficiency and speed of the adopted Containment Policy, which is very helpful not only to monitor the Covid-19 pandemic spread but also for other countries to choose the best Containment Policy. The results show that a Policy based on joint confinement, targeted tests, and tracking positive cases is the most rapid pandemic Containment Policy; in fact, we found values of 9, 5, and 31 for the success s factor for China, South Korea, and Italy, respectively, where the lowest s factor indicates the best Containment Policy

Efficiency of Covid-19 Mobile Contact Tracing Containment by Measuring Time Dependent Doubling Time

While different Containment policies using non-pharmaceutical interventions have been applied, their efficiency are not known quantitatively. We show that the doubling time Td(t) with the success s factor, the characteristic time of the exponential growth of Td(t) in the arrested regime, is a reliable tool for early predictions of epidemic spread time evolution and it provides a quantitative measure of the success of different Containment measures. The efficiency of the Containment Policy Lockdown case Finding mobile Tracing (LFT) using mandatory mobile contact tracing is much higher than the Lockdown Stop and Go (LSG) Policy proposed by the Imperial College team in London. A very low s factor was reached by LFT Policy giving the shortest time width of the dome of positive case curve and the lowest number of fatalities. The LFT Policy has been able to reduce by a factor 100 the number of fatalities in the first 100 days of the Covid-19 epidemic, to reduce the time width of the Covid-19 pandemic dome by a factor 2.5 and to rapidly stop new outbreaks avoiding the second waveComment: 20 pages, 4 figures, 2 tabl
