    Abstract:

    Business strategy is very important in developing and optimizing future business potential. The aim of this study is to understand the condition of business performance Logistics and Supply Chain Toyota Spare Parts at PT. Hadji Kalla and to measure also to determine the business strategy of Logistics and Supply Chain Toyota Spare Parts at PT. Hadji Kalla. The study applied qualitative and quantitative descriptive, which conducted at PT. Hadji Kalla for ± 2 Months. Analysis method used SWOT analysis & TOWS Balanced Scorecard. Data were applied in research consist of qualitative and quantitative. Primary and secondary were source data. The results of study shows that 1) The performance of business Logistics and Supply Chain Toyota Spare Parts at PT. Hadji Kalla has different distribution of each kind and type of cars. 2) SWOT analysis of fourth BSC perspective indicates dominant position of company at quadrant I than progressive action should be taken through utilization of internal strengths for reaching a big enough marketing opportunity. 3) The business strategy determination of 4th perspective BSC: finance that is management in new business selection can be immediately prepared and socialized to the whole organization; Customer that is to rais Customer Touch Point to the Customer; internal business process that is technological innovation to in facing digital era; and learning and growing that is to strengthen the position company’s employee in prosperity and completion. From this is condition of business performance with SWOT & TOWS BSC analysis application can be mapping the position of company and giving the output strategy of the fourth company business perspectives.

  • Impact Of Customer Touch Point Management On Banks’ Performance

    Abstract:

    The study aimed at assessing the impact of effective Customer Touch Point management on the performance (profitability, patronage level, market share and image) of commercial banks and  on Customers’ satisfaction. The cross-sectional survey research design was adopted while a sample size of 130 respondents made up of First and Zenith Banks Staff and Customers in Owerri Metropolis was used. Stated hypotheses were tested using the Chi-square. It was discovered among others that most Customer TouchPoint management strategies in commercial banks in Owerri were still ineffective and inefficient and that effective Customer TouchPoint management has significant impact on banks’ performance and Customers’ satisfaction. The study recommended among others that commercial banks should identify and effectively manage the basic Customer TouchPoints and conduct periodic marketing research to assess Customers’ view of the efficiency and effectiveness of their TouchPoints management efforts.

Usually banks and other non-banking institutions (NBFIs) previously follow Below The Line (BTL) method for advertising though in recent years they are focusing on every sphere of advertising medium that works as a Customer Touch Point. EBL has clear and bold brand elements with inner meaning and they always practices that while advertising. Here, at EBL I came to know a lot more about branding and advertising of EBL and had a opportunity to know about Priority Banking from a closer spot. How the Priority Banking idea turns into reality, creates differentiation in Customers mind and become the role model for other banks and NBFIs. In job responsibility part I described my new learning experience in practical field where I get hand on experience of Asset Value Centre (AVC) of EBL. Although I had to face some hurdles as those operations are new to me but got to know a lot more things from here.
