Cutaneous Drug Administration on adjuvant treatment pediatric pneumonia
Journal of Xinxiang Medical College, 2009Co-Authors: W U JinxiAbstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of Cutaneous Drug Administration for treatment pediatric pneumonia.Methods 174 cases with pediatric pneumonia(observation group) were given Cutaneous Drug Administration based on the routine method,which including anti-infection and relieving cough and asthma.The efficacy was compared with the 186 cases with pediatric pneumonia(control group) who were treated with routine treatment only.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher(98.28%) than that of control group(77.96%)(P0.01).The time of body temperature puting back,bellows rales vanishing time and the time of cough and asthma improving in observation group were lower than that in control group(P0.01).There was no side effect in observation.Conclusion Cutaneous Drug Administration has significant adjuvant effect in treating pediatric pneumonia,and it is worthy to be popularized.
