A Review of Data Acquisition System based on LabVIEW
2017Co-Authors: Zhao Zixiang, Fan Xiaobin, Liu XiaopingAbstract:With the continuous development and expansion of automotive industry, car safety problems are widely concerned by most of us. In order to make it easier to adjust car's real-time body posture, it is necessary to design a real-time Data Acquisition System, thus reducing the number of casualties in normal driving. A brief account of the development status of Data Acquisition System at home and abroad, and the concept, principle, function of virtual instrument platform are given. The advantages and disadvantages of the Data Acquisition System, based on LabVIEW in different methods of Data Acquisition, are analyzed and compared, and put forward some improvements and optimization, so the real-time Data Acquisition System can meet the requirement of adjusting the state of the vehicle, improving real-time of Data Acquisition and processing. Finally, it indicates the development direction and prospect of Data Acquisition System based on LabVIEW.

Basic requirements for the architecture of the Data Acquisition System are discussed. The architecture of the Data Acquisition System is proposed to provide the real-time interface with sensors, to acquire and to log Data from all sensors with fixed rate, and to deliver logged Data through FTP to the end-user. © 2013 IEEE.

Real-time Data Acquisition System and HMI for MES

It not only transmits the production information to production planning Systems like ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) in real-time, but also orders the planned production Data to the production site. It is a production management System which plans and executes based on the production Data in the field, thus it must be operated with a Data Acquisition System which gathers the accurate field Data in real-time. This study deployed the Data Acquisition System and HMI (Human Machine Interface) System to collect real-time equipment Data through the interface with the equipment to develop MES, and the developed System was applied to the machine tool for verification of its effectiveness. The test indicated that the equipment operating time and other operating Data of the equipment could be processed without the interference of the workers. The developed Data Acquisition System and HMI can be applied to other equipment by using different sensors. © 2012 The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

It gave a train of thought to establish a distributive test System as a network test and measurement System to achieve remote measurement and control. This design was set up directly on the application layer of the net without considering hardware of the physical layer, giving advantage of making a simple design and saving resource.
