The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between Store atmosphere and hedonic shopping with impulse buying at Mathari Department Store Arion Mall in Faculty of Economic Student, State University of Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with correlational approach, the population used is all students of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta who has ever did impulse buying at Matahari Department Store Arion Mall. The sampling technique used is the technique of purposive sampling of 145 students. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 8,509 + 0,165 X1 + 0,289 X2. Test the analytical requirement that is test of normality with Kolmogorov-Smimov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 and yield significant level Y value equal to 0,200, X1 value of 0,200, X2 is worth 0,200. Because the level of significance of these three variables > 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used in further analysis. The linearity of regression Y on X1 produces Fcount < Ftable is 0,967 < 3,056 and testing linearity of regression Y on X2 produces Fcount < Ftable 0,831 < 3,056, so it can be concluded that the regression equation is significant. Hypothesis testing from the significance regression Y on X1 and X2 produces Fcount > Ftable which, 13,386 > 3,056, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, Y on X1 tcount = 2,298 and ttable = 1,65566 and performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, Y on X2 tcount = 2,428 and ttable = 1,65566. It can conclude that is possitive and significant. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 and X2 obtained by 0,159 indicating that, 15,9% variable impulse buying is determined by the Store atmosphere and hedonic shopping. Abstract:

On June 29, 1995, the Sampoong Department Store in Seoul, South Korea, completely collapsed. It was a five story reinforced concrete (RC) building with underground 4 floors and was built using a technique called "flat slab construction". The collapse is the largest peacetime disaster in South Korean history - 502 people died, 6 missing, and 937 sustained injuries. The Sampoong Department Store was completed in late 1989, and it opened to the public on July 7, 1990, attracting an estimated 40,000 people per day during the building's 5 years in service. After the collapse, intense investigation was conducted to find out the direct causes of the collapse through (1) survey on the present collapse situation and ground condition, (2) strength test of the concrete and steel collected at the site, (3) design documents and construction/management reports, and (4) structural analysis. The investigation revealed that the Sampoong Department Store collapsed because so many direct and indirect causes such as flaws in design phase and mistakes in construction and management process were overlapped.

ABSTRACT WANDA YURIANTI, the relationship between Visual Merchandising and Store Atmosphere with Impulsive Purchases on Student Faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta in Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of visual merchandising and Store atmosphere with impulsive purchase of Matahari Department Store Arion malls in student faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, for the past 4 months since January up to April 2018. Sampling technique is used with a Purposive sampling technique as much as 130 people. The research method used was survey method with the korelasional approach, the population used is the entire student faculty of Economics State University of Jakarta. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 0.385 32.741 x 1 + 0.322 x2. Test requirement analysis, namely the test of normality with Kolmogorov-Smimov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0.05 and generate significant levels of Y-value of 0.200 0.200 of value, x 1, x 2 worth of 0.200. Because the level of significance of 0.05 > third variables then it can be inferred that the Gaussian data and can be used in subsequent analysis. Test linieritas regression of Y over X 1 produces Fhitung Ftabel IE, 52.092 > 3.056, so it can be inferred that the regression equation, significant. Next, do a test of t and Y generated over X 1 thitung = and ttabel = 4.887 1.65474, Y over X 2 = 5.349 thitung and ttabel = 1, 1.65474. Thus, it can be concluded that, korelasinya coefficient is positive and significant. Determination of the coefficient of Y over X 1 and X 2 are acquired for 0.402 indicating that, 40.2% variable impulsive purchases is determined by visual merchandising and Store atmosphere. RACHMAH VIDYA SARI, The Correlation between Hedonic Shopping and Sales Promotions with Impulse Buying in Matahari Department Store Arion Mall in The Faculty of Economics Student in State University of Jakarta. Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted in The Faculty of Economics Student in State University of Jakarta, for 6 months, starting from January to July 2019. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between hedonic shopping and sales promotions with impulse buying in Matahari Department Store Arion Mall in The Faculty of Economics Student in State University of Jakarta. The research method used is survey method with the correlation approach, population used are all student in The Faculty of Economics Student in State University of Jakarta. The sampling technique used technique of purposive sampling as many as 110 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 24,881 + 0,362 X1 + 0,240 X2. Test requirements analysis that estimates the error normality test regression of Y on X1 with Kolmogorov-Smimov test with significance level (α) = 5% or 0,05 estimates significance of Y equal to 0,200, X1 equal to 0,200, X2 equal to 0,167. Because the significance level is> 0.05 it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed and can be used. Testing linearity of regression Y on X1 and Y on X2 yields a significance value on Linearity, that is 0,000 Ftable which, 25.975 > 3,079, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 5,055 and ttable = 1,65922 and performed the test significance correlation coefficient using t test and the resulting tcount > ttable, tcount = 3,503 and ttable = 1,65922. The value of correlation coefficient between variable of hedonic shopping (X1) to impulse buying(Y) equal to 0,500 and value of correlation coefficient between variable of sales promotions (X2) to impulse buying(Y) equal to 0,407. Thus, there is a positive and significant relationship between hedonic shopping and impulse buyingand there is a positive and significant relationship between sales promotions and satisfaction. The coefficient of determination Y on X1 and X2 obtained by 0,327 indicating that 32,7% variable impulse buying determined by the hedonic shopping and sales promotions. Meanwhile, the remaining 67.3% is influenced by other factors. Key word: Impulse Buying, Hedonic Shopping, Sales Promotion
