    Abstract:

    Objective To study the determination method of dissolution of Diclofenamide tablets as a basis for their quality control.Methods The method II described in the appendix XC of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010) was carried out,with Japanese pharmacopoeia as reference.900 ml water was used as the dissolution medium.The revolution was 50 r/min.The solution was sampled at 60 min,detected by UV and the absorbance was read at 284 nm.The dissolution of Diclofenamide in each tablet was calculated at the base of the ratio between the absorbance of tested solution and that of the reference solution,At/As.Results The concentration and the tested absorbance was in good linear in the range of 1.253~12.534 g/ml(r=0.999 3).The mean recovery was 99.52%,RSD=0.64%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple and precise,and can be used for the quality control of Diclofenamide tablets.
