    In the today's world Internet is now a basic platform for people to make the interactions with each other similarly for business community. The identity management system is the core part of this platform. The identity management systems keep track of user & user access over the network. The main motivation of the identity management systems is to maintain the identities of user & their access among the network & business partners. As the user are accessing the web site on internet for that they have to use or provide their email address & name as the input for authentication & authorization after that they can able to access the system but the modern Identity management system are not require the user credentials again & gain. Once the user is authenticated then his account is Provisioning on particular resource then he can easily access the system data. The identity management system proposed in this paper determine that who can enter your protected systems, at what level user can have the access to the system, what can they access & it will also ensure that users access only what they need for their business tasks.

    Web services have enabled businesses and organizations to collaborate without platform interoperability and programming language barriers. Quality of service (QoS) of a Web service is an important factor that differentiates similar services offered by different service providers. Such a measure would allow Web service clients to choose and bind to a suitable Web service at run time (based on QoS attributes). Some researchers have proposed the integration of the QoS measure on the Web service Directory Server. However, a mechanism to maintain the QoS metric has not been defined yet. In this paper, we propose such a mechanism. This mechanism involves automated measurement of QoS attributes on both the client and provider sides, when the service is being used, and updating the QoS-aware Web services Directory with this information. We describe a prototype we developed for this purpose and present the results of using this prototype for gathering QoS measurements at run time.

    Web-based information services should be evaluated for accessibility and usability with various types of Internet Web-browsing devices, interacting with web information Servers including Directory Server. A ubiquitous name-based Directory Server, accessible and usable with a variety of Web-browsing devices (e.g. Internet-capable mobile phones), could be a unified center for human-centric Web interaction services as well as for business models based on personalized services. We studied the accessibility and usability in user-centric Web interaction with a unified-ubiquitous name-based Directory service, as metric metadata for real-time estimation. We studied the real-time metrics in synthetic approach for comparison among different services. We show empirical results based on implementation and experiments in Korea, Japan and China.
