The cold-rolled non-oriented Electrical Steel comprises, by weight, no more than 0.015% of C, 0.3%-0.9% of Si, 0.20%-0.80% of Mn, no more than 0.04% of P, 0.30%-0.70% of Als, no more than 0.008% of S, no more than 0.006% of N, no more than 0.006% of Ti and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities. A conventional hot rolling process is adopted, an Electrical Steel plate with the excellent performance is produced after normalizing treatment, and finished stamped Electrical Steel which is annealed is superior in magnetic performance, low in iron loss, high in magnetic induction and small in magnetic performance fluctuation.

The Electrical Steel contains the following components in percentage by weight: at most 0.0045% of C, 2.2-3.5% of Si, 0.35-1.5% of Al, at most 0.0030% of S, at most 0.0030% of N, at most 0.0025% of Ti, 0.10-0.25 of Mn, and the balance of iron and inevitable impurities. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) molten Steel converter smelting; (2) RH vacuum treatment; (3) sheet billet continuous casting and continuous rolling; (4) soaking; (5) normalizing treatment; (6) acid pickling; (7) cold rolling; and (8) annealing to obtain the Electrical Steel finished product. The produced high-designation cold-rolled non-oriented Electrical Steel has the advantages of low iron loss, high magnetic induction intensity, high magnetic permeability, small periodic change of transverse thickness, and high lamination coefficient; and the hot-rolled strip coil is easy for acid pickling.

According to the manufacturing method of the Steel, high-quality board raw materials are provided for the subsequent processes by controlling heating speed of a normalizing and heating stage, controlling a speed of a normalizing and cooling stage and using cooperation of proper blasting and pickling processes. The magnetic induction B50 of the manufactured non-oriented Electrical Steel is increased by 200-500 gausses, and the quality level of the iron loss material object is increased by 3-5% under the conditions that additional alloy elements are not added and the annealing process of the finished product is not changed; and the magnetic property of the manufactured non-oriented Electrical Steel is further improved by optimizing the annealing process, so that the magnetic induction is further improved. The manufactured non-oriented Electrical Steel can meet the requirements of normal motors and also can meet the requirement of high magnetic induction of Electrical Steel applied to iron cores of efficient motors and frequency-variable motors; the efficiency of the motors can be improved; and the energy consumption and the noise of the manufactured non-oriented Electrical Steel can be reduced.

Moreover, the invention firstly discloses a manufacturing process for non-orientated Electrical Steel plate without a phase-change chemical component at home, which is produced by thin plate blank continuous casting and continuous rolling, so that the advantages of producing non-orientated Electrical Steel with lower iron loss and high magnetic conductivity by thin plate blank continuous casting and continuous rolling are brought into full play, and therefore, technical support is provided for producing a high-level plate belt product on a thin plate blank continuous casting and continuous rolling line.
