This article discusses such factors as Evaluation from students and tutors and the research environment. It suggests that universities should establish an active teaching quality Evaluation System by creating a win-win student’s Evaluation System, improving the rash academic atmosphere and research assessment of teachers to turn the top-down supervision to the parallel supervision and meanwhile strengthen the supervision of the students.
