    <!-- @page { margin: 2cm } --> <p class="western" align="justify">No presente trabalho procurou-se determinar a causa da “seca do cacho” de banana do cultivar Prata (<em>Musa sp.</em> AAB) e analisar alguns aspectos de sua ocorrência no Estado de Goiás. A doença afeta drasticamente a produção, e ocorre mais severamente durante o período chuvoso (outubro - abril), podendo, em certas regiões, afetar quase todos os cachos. Mediante os resultados obtidos em isolamentos sob condições axênicas e através da aplicação do postulado de Koch, determinou-se que a causa primária da doença á o fungo <em>Gloeosporium musarum Cooke & Massee</em>, atuando sob condições climáticas predisponentes.     Abstract:

    Gloeosporium lupini Bondar is transferred to Colletotrichum. The fungus is characterized morphologically and illustrated. The two varieties, Colletotrichum lupini (Bondar) Nirenberg, Feiler & Hagedorn, comb. nov. var. lupini and Colletotrichum lupini var. setosum Nirenberg, Feiler & Hagedorn var. nov. are described. They are compared with additional Colletotrichum species reported from lupins and other hosts by morphological and physiological methods as well as by RAPD-PCR and DNA-sequencing.

    Gloeosporium gloeosporioides merupakan jamur penyebab penyakit busuk buah pada Apel (Malus sylvestris Mill). G. gloeosporioides menjadi salah satu penyebab semakin menurunnya produksi Apel dari tahun ke tahun. Pengendalian yang selama ini dilakukan adalah dengan menyemprotkan fungisida secara terus menerus. Penggunaan fungisida secara berlebihan menyebabkan berkurangnya mikroorganisme tanah dan kesehatan tanah semakin menurun. Dengan mempertimbangkan hal tersebut, pengendalian menggunakan agens hayati mulai digunakan untuk meminimalisir kerugian dan dampak negative yang disebabkan oleh aplikasi fungisida. Agens hayati yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah khamir dengan tujuan mengetahui dan memperoleh jenis khamir yang terdapat pada bagian tanaman Apel serta mengetahui daya antagonismenya terhadap G. gloeosporioides. Khamir merupakan mikroorganisme uniseluler yang telah banyak dikembangkan sebagai agens hayati pengendali beberapa penyakit pada tanaman. Khamir telah digunakan untuk mengendalikan penyakit antraknosa pada cabai dan stroberi, jamur akar putih pada cengkeh, bercak kuning sigatoka pada pisang, dan penyakit lainnya yang telah diteliti sebelumnya. Kelebihan dari khamir adalah lebih adaptif terhadap permukaan tanaman yang kering dan miskin nutrisi Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan Jurusan Hama dan Penyakit Tumbuhan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Brawijaya pada Februari sampai dengan Juli 2017. Eksplorasi khamir berasal dari bagian kulit, daun, dan batang tanaman apel, serta uji antagonis khamir terhadap G. gloeosporioides meggunakan media PDA dan dilakukan pengamatan selama 7 hari setelah inokulasi (HSI) Khamir yang diperoleh dari bagian kulit dan batang sebanyak 6 isolat antara lain Hansenula sp., Candida sp., Cryptococcus sp., Pichia sp. 1, Pichia sp. 2, dan Rhdotorula sp. Pengamatan uji antagonis dilakukan selama 7HSI (hari setelah inokulasi) dan hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa daya hambat tertinggi dihasilkan oleh khamir Hansenula sp. (47,94%) sedangkan daya hambat terendah dihasilkan oleh khamir Rhodotorula sp. (12,41%)

    Abstract:

    Im Juni 2011 wurde an Mahonia aquifolium ein Blatt­flecken verursachender Pilz entdeckt, der als Gloeospo­rium japonicum determiniert wurde. Es handelt sich hiermit um den ersten Nachweis von Gloeosporium japonicum in Europa sowie um eine neue Wirtspflanzenart dieses Pilzes. Aufgrund morphologischer Merkmale wird Gloeosporium japonicum in die Gattung Colletotrichum trans­feriert.    In June 2011 a fungus was detected on Mahonia aquifolium which caused leaf spots. It was determined as Gloeosporium japonicum. This is the first report of Gloeospo­rium japonicum for Europe and of a new host for this fungus. Based on morphological characters Gloeosporium japonicum has been transferred to the genus Colletotrichum.

    Im Juni 2010 wurde erstmals in Österreich der Pilz Colletotrichum carthami comb. nov. (Synonym Gloeosporium carthami (Fukui) Hori et Hemmi (1919)) an Saflor (Carthamus tinctorius) nachgewiesen. Befallene Felder, die besichtigt werden konnten bzw. von denen ein Befall bekannt wurde, wiesen nahezu einen Totalverlust auf.    In June 2010 the occurrence of the fungus Colletotrichum carthami comb. nov. (synonym Gloeosporium carthami (Fukui) Hori et Hemmi (1919)) was first reported on safflower (Carthamus tinctorius) for Austria. Infested fields which could be observed and those from these infection has been reported, showed nearly a totally yield loss.
