    Abstract:

    The research purpose to acquiring empirical data about, lymphocytes percentage and MCH value white rat by giving leaf extract from Coleus amboinicus Lour, lymphocytes percentage and MCH value white rat by giving leaf extract from Coleus amboinicus Lour and DPT as antigen, histology image from Kidney white rat by giving leaf extract from Coleus amboinicus Lour, histology image from Kidney white rat by giving leaf extract from Coleus amboinicus Lour and DPT as. This research was an experimental study with non-factorial completely randomized design. A total of 24 rats used in this study. Rats were devided in to 6 groups: control group fed with distilled water (A0), 19 g/kg BB EDB+ DPT (A1), 31.5 g /kg BB EDB+ DPT (A2), 19 g/kg BB EDB (A3), 31.5 g /kg BB EDB (A4) and distilled water + DPT (A5), administered orally daylly for 30 days. DPT intramuscularly administered 0,1 ml on day-16 and day- 23 treatment. On day 31, The rats than have blood drawn for analysis of Lymphocytes, MCH using tools ABX micros 60. Making preparations Kidney using. Hematoxilin eosin staining to kontortus proximal and distal with Glomerulus Kidney. The data obtained were tabulate and analyzed by ANOVA and continued with LSD. The result that have been obtained show that the water extract of leaves bangunbangun not a significant impact on increasing the number of Lymphocytes value, MCH, and gives a better picture of hitological significantly.
