Under the perspective of great poverty alleviation,comprehensive analysis of the status and problems is made,the idea of multiple governance is put forward to establish multi- sectoral,multi- agent cooperation mechanism,to transform Government Function,to protect the rights of the participation of objects for poverty alleviation, to develop industry for poverty alleviation,to form supervision mechanism between different departments and subjects so that the goal of common prosperity in poverty- stricken areas can be achieved.
