  • PURWARUPA SISTEM PEMANTAU DAN PENGENDALI SUHU RUANGAN BERBASIS SHORT MESSAGE SERVICE (SMS) DENGAN ATMEGA 16
[Yogyakarta] : Universitas Gadjah Mada, 2013
    Co-Authors: Inantha Thagam Harahap, Sumiharto, S.si. R. M.kom.
    Abstract:

Technology developments of Short Message Service (SMS) is expect to be able to provided facilities for users to monitor and function as an operator of a situation in a room directly without having to the location. The equipment a miniature room with processor system using ATMega16 microcontroller, temperature and humidity sensors SHT11, LDR sensor for determining the intensity of light, a fan for cooling, and a Hairdryer for heating. The system works automatically, either when will cool or heat the room. Cooling and heating room is based on temperature that read by SHT11 sensor. Overall of test results show that the system has been able to monitor and condition the temperature in the miniature room between 25 º C into 34 º C. Prototype of monitoring and controlling the temperature of a miniature room is based on Short Message Service (SMS) with ATMega16, has been well implemented with the system design. Displaying the data on the LCD, and then send it via SMS PDU format. Temperature data which got from sensors saved in EEPROM, so that if power failures users no need to set its back

  • PURWARUPA SISTEM PENGENDALIAN SUHU DAN KELEMBABAN RUANGAN BERBASIS LABVIEW MENGGUNAKAN AKUISISI DATA BOARD ARDUINO UNO
[Yogyakarta] : Universitas Gadjah Mada, 2013
    Co-Authors: Fransisca Christy, Sumiharto, S.si. R. M.kom.
    Abstract:

A prototype of automatic control rooms temperature and humidity consentration system based on LabVIEW using Arduino UNO board as data aquisition has made. This prototype is designed to facilitate the users in controlling the rooms temperature and humidity consentration. The system consists of temperature and humidity sensor DHT11, an fan controller, a relay circuit, an arduino board and a software system. The system is designed using the sensor of temperature and humidity DHT11, Arduino UNO board, serial of communication devices using USB cable and software program. The software program uses LabVIEW and arduino IDE. The controlling and the results will be processed and displayed on LabVIEW interface. The system can be implemented using arduino UNO board dan LabVIEW. Sensor DHT11 which is positioned in one side of the room is used to detect the changes occurs on the temperature and humidity consentration. The sensors data will be processed by Arduino (A0). Humidity set point is sets between 65%RH untill 69%RH. When the temperature is sets 28°C, and the actual condition is 29°C and 77%RH, the fan will be actived. The fan will be actived when the actual temperature is greater than set point. In other side, when the actual temperature is less than set point and the humidity is greater than set point, Hairdryer will be actived. The humidifier will be actived when the actual humidity is less than 65%RH

  • PURWARUPA SISTEM PENGENDALIAN DAN PEMANTAUAN SUHU DAN KELEMBABAN RUANGAN BERBASIS WEB DENGAN ATMEGA16
[Yogyakarta] : Universitas Gadjah Mada, 2013
    Co-Authors: Iftitahatul Hanifah, Sumiharto R. S.si.,m.kom
    Abstract:

A prototype of controlling and monitoring system of the rooms temperature and humidity based on web using ATMega16 has been made. This prototype is designed to facilitate the users in monitoring and controlling the rooms temperature and humidity. The system consists of temperature and humidity sensor SHT11, a fan controller, a relay circuit, a microcontroller system and a software system. The controlling and the outcome of the rooms temperature and humidity measurements will be processed and displayed on web on the local host. The system of monitoring and controlling the rooms temperature and humidity is designed using the sensor of temperature and humidity SHT11, microcontroller ATMega16, serial of communication devices using cable DKU5 and software program. The software program uses Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL 5.1 program as the data basis storage, also Visual Studio 2008 as the web program. The controlling and monitoring system can be implemented using microcontroller ATMega16 and web on the local host. Sensor SHT11 which is positioned in one side of the room is used to detect the changes occurs on the temperature and humidity of the room. The data from the sensor will be the input of the microcontroller ports which then will be controlled and monitored. The temperature control will activate or deactivate the actuator depends on the condition filled so that the temperature and humidity of the room can be watched over. As for the actuator control in Hairdryer and fan, it uses set point control which can be selected. On the other hand, the set point control in the mist maker has been installed on the system so it is unchangeable

  • Product sound evaluation
    'Universitat Politecnica de Valencia', 2014
    Co-Authors: Espinosa Ballester Manuel
    Abstract:

This study focuses on product sound evaluation as a part of the product sound design process. Within the scope of a small study it will seek to clarify which physical characteristics would be desirable to find within the spectrum of the sound of a Hairdryer for household use. Three Hairdryer models for domestic use of medium high end segment were chosen for the project. The main selection criterion for the three models was that they had the same retail price. The maximum price difference between models was 2. The study focuses on two fronts: a sensory evaluation was conducted to find out how the public respond to the sound of these Hairdryers and a psychoacoustic analysis of the spectrum of the sound was carried out in order to analyze its parameters. Both, the sensory evaluation and the psychoacoustic analysis of the sound are described in more detail in their respective sections. Formerly recordings of the Hairdryers were performed in a semi-anechoic chamber to be used in both phases of the project.Espinosa Ballester, M. (2014).
