The review starts with several unresolved paradoxes in exercise Hemorheology. Then, we focus on the potential hemorheological and immunological mechanisms involved in the adverse events sometimes reported in exercising sickle cell trait carriers, and the role of habitual physical activity. In a fourth part, new results on the effects of acute hypoxia on blood rheology are presented. Finally, we will discuss recent experimental evidences on the role of exercise on the regulation of nitric oxide synthesizing mechanisms in red blood cell.

Hemorheology and lipid metabolism of sudden deafness
Chinese Archives of Otolaryngology-head and Neck Surgery, 2020Co-Authors: Cao MinggenAbstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of Hemorheology and lipid metabolism of the patients of different ages and sexes with sudden deafness. METHODS Sixty six cases of sudden deafness patients and 85 cases of healthy controls were collected.They were grouped them into several types according to age and gender and index of Hemorheology and lipid metabolism were detected .The datum of these types of sudden deafness and the healthy controls are processed for statistical analysis. RESULTS Some index of Hemorheology of sudden deafness are higher than those of the healthy controls.The index of triglycerides of youth and female patients with sudden deafness are higher than that of the healthy controls. CONCLUSION Microcirculation disorder is one of the important factor to cause sudden deafness. Abnormal lipid metabolism is one of important factors to cause microcirculation disorder of sudden deafness.
