Investigation and analysis on the Hospital Infection in stroke patients

MethodThe data of 479 cases of Hospitalized stoke patients were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe Hospital Infection rate was 13.57% in the 479 cases of stroke patients.The main positions of Hospital Infection were low respiratory tract and urinary tract which accounted to 46.15% and 26.92% respectively.The Hospital Infection was related to disturbed consciousness,lying in bed for a long time,swallow difficulty,indwelled catheterization,and long period of Hospitalization.ConclusionIt is necessary to implement aseptic techniques strictly,strengthen the basic nursing and ward management,pay close attention to the handwashing and disInfection among medical staff to reduce stroke patients’ Hospital Infection effectively.
