    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the principles of Nursing Process design so as to provide the references for the Process design.Method Delphi method was adopted and 27 experts were consulted by a questionnaire survey.Results The average authority coefficient of experts was 0.78.The positive coefficient of experts was 0.90.The mean score of each item was 3.23~4.93.And the coefficient of variations(CV) was 0.05~0.33.The item selected criteria included the mean score of indicator's importance assignment was 4,the frequency of full mark was 50%,and the coefficient of variations was 0.25.According to the above three indicators,25 items were identified as the principles of Nursing Process design.Conclusion The Nursing Process reengineering should not only be oriented by the needs of patients and the satisfactory of patients as the goal,but also follow the principles of professional requirements,resource constraints,the staff-focused team management and holistic optimization.

    Abstract:

    Nursing Process was carried out in clinical teaching to improve comprehensive ability of nurses and to culture experienced nurses. After accessing nurses' condition of psychology and study, we set up the goal of knowledge, technology and quality both individually and comprehensively. Results showed that after being taught with Nursing Process, the ability of special knowledge, technology, the tendencies of service have been improved in general. The ability of using Nursing Process to teach was also improved. The application of Nursing Process in clinical teaching is scientific and practical, and worth to use more extensively.

    Abstract:

    Abstract The concepts of the Nursing Process have been assigned as important plans for the curricula and continuing education programs in the Nursing discipline. This paper focuses on the main characteristics of the educational methods applied in training programs in the Nursing Process or Nursing care plan. The original studies were extracted from the PubMed, ProQuest, Scopus, Science Direct and, Web of Science databases, following two-step screening by two reviewers. Accordingly, 21 papers were included in the study based on inclusion criteria. According to the results, 42.85% of educational methods were computer-based while 57.15% were non-computer based. Computers were used as the main educator (14.28%) or as an assisted-tool (25.57%). The lecture-based training, as one of the non-computer based educational tools, was the most frequent method observed across the studies (33.3%). There are two frequently used measures of evaluating the educational programs learner's knowledge of Nursing Process (28.75%) and their attitude toward the program (23.80%). The results suggested that in order to improve educational methods for the Nursing Process, computers, mobile phones, and other available technologies should be integrated with the traditional educational methods. Also, comprehensive measures should be applied for evaluating them.

This scoping review examined methods used for developing Nursing Process health care indicators. Key concepts and sources of evidence were identified to lay a foundation for future development and identification of valid and reliable Nursing Process health care indicators.
