METKIT was concerned with developing a set of integrated Training courses that show how to implement process improvement programmes and use measurement as a powerful management tool. METKIT can be used by an organization to enable them to provide In-House Training to their managers and software developers to enable them to understand control and then improve software development.

PELAKSANAAN IN HOUSE Training UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENYUSUN RPP DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH PERTAMA
2017Co-Authors: Corinorita CorinoritaAbstract:Salah satu yang menunjang keberhasilan guru di dalam proses pembelajaran adalah ketersediaan perangkat pembelajaran yang dimiliki oleh guru. Berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti pada guru-guru di SMPN 32 Pekanbaru, diketahui bahwa masih banyak guru-guru yang masih kesulitan di dalam menyelesaikan perangkat pembelajaran, terutama Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di SMPN 32 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 bulan Januari-Februari 2016. Subjek penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan pada guru-guru SMP Negeri 32 Pekanbaru dengan jumlah sampel 10 orang guru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan pelaksanaan in house Training . Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan,pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan in house Training dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru di dalam menyusun rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran di smp negeri 32 pekanbaru tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Pada siklus I kompetensi guru di dalam menyusun RPP adalah 71.3 dengan 50% guru yang telah dapat menyusun RPP dengan baik dan benar. Pada siklus II kompetensi guru di dalam menyusun RPP adalah 87.8 dengan 100% guru yang telah dapat menyusun RPP dengan baik dan benar

Perlaksanaan Kursus Dalaman di Sekolah-Sekolah Menengah Daerah
1999Co-Authors: Abdul Razak, Mat NohAbstract:The purpose of this study was to identify the listed matters: i) What are teachers perception towards In-House Training implementation ? ii) Does schools have any planning in implementing in- house Training ? iii) What are the teachers opinion towards knowledge gained from In-House Training? iv) What are the factors which interrupt in implementing In-House Training in schools in Baling and Sik District ? 40 % from 917 respondents which comprises from ordinary and administrative teachers have been selected from all schools (17 schools) Baling and Sik District. 281 teachers or 77.2 % have returned complete questionnaires. The data obtained from have been analysed using Pearson Correlation Test to see the relationship among independent variables which are the outcomes and perception. T Test and ANOVA are used to test what are the demographic factors which have difference towards dependent variables. Descriptive analysis also been used to analyse data obtained. The outcomes of the study are as follows : i) Planning outcomes and perception have significant relationship. ii) Teachers have positive perception towards In-House Training. iii) School does have proper planning in conducting in- house Training. iv) Teachers does admit that In-House Training improve their knowledge and performance. v) Place and time are the factors which interrupt in- house Training implementation in schools in Baling Sik District. vi) Facilitators seldom use educational materials or aids in conducting In-House Training.

Specifically, the purpose of the study was to examine how school-based staff development could bring about changes in schools in terms of improving the knowledge of teachers involved in the programme, based on the strategies employed, support from school management, teachers' attitude and demographic factors.
