new thermocouple based microwave millimeter wave power sensor mmic techniques in gaas
IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, 2011Co-Authors: Jonathan B Scott, T S Low, Steve Cochran, Ben Keppeler, John Staroba, Bob YeatsAbstract:We describe a new RF and microwave power sensor monolithic microwave Integrated Circuit Design. The Circuit incorporates a number of advances over existing Designs. These include a III-V epitaxial structure optimized for sensitivity, the figure-of-merit applicable to the optimization, a mechanism for in-built detection of load ageing and damage to extend calibration intervals, and a novel symmetrical structure to linearize the high-power end of the scale.

-
cmos based carbon nanotube pass transistor logic Integrated Circuits
Nature Communications, 2012Co-Authors: Li Ding, Zhiyong Zhang, Shibo Liang, Sheng Wang, Yan Li, Weiwei Zhou, Lianmao PengAbstract:Field-effect transistors fabricated from carbon nanotubes have been investigated extensively over the past two decades. This study demonstrates a nanotube-based Integrated Circuit Design that substantially improves the speed and power consumption with respect to silicon-based Integrated Circuits.
