    Abstract:

    This paper researched two problems,the high cost of digital Certificate in SSL VPN system and the security and flexibility in self-help certification authority system,and proposed a new design,which integrated the two systems. Considering two different circumstances of users being in or outside the company's intranet,it designed a special tool for the users outside Testing results indicate that this design doesn't affect SSL VPN system's overall performance and can meet the needs of small enterprise's remote users with high security,flexibility and low cost

    Abstract:

    This paper researches on two problems,which are the high cost of digital Certificate in SSL VPN system and the security and flexibility in self-helping certification authority system,and proposes a design integrating the two systems.Considering two different circumstances of users being inside or outside of the company's Intranet,the paper designs a special tool for the users outside.And finally,it tests and analyzes the security and the delay performance.

  • Improving The Object Of Fiduciary Guarantee According To Law Number 42 Of 1999 On Fiduciary Guarantee

    Abstract:

    Fiduciary is the transfer of ownership rights of an object based on trust, where ownership right of the object is transferred remains under the control of the owner of the object. The subject of the research was how to bind the object of fiduciary guarantee according to Law Number 42 of 1999 on fiduciary? What are the consequences if the binding of fiduciary guarantee object is unfulfilled? This research was normative legal research which means that the objects are secondary data on library. The type of the research was descriptive. It can be concluded that the binding of fiduciary guarantee object according to Law Number 42 of 1999 on fiduciary guarantee is Certificate of fiduciary guarantee as an evidence which is an authentic deed. It can be seen from the characteristics of Certificate fiduciary guarantee, issued by an authorized official or public official who has authority for Issuing Certificate fiduciary guarantee in Fiduciary Registration Office under the supervision of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The consequences (the binding of fiduciary guarantee object is unfulfilled) are the default causes several legal consequences for debtors and creditors, especially for creditors who must loss. While for debtors, the legal consequence is the existence of a new status for which the debtor must responsible of. Fiduciary guarantee, mostly in form of movable objects, allows for a transfer of fiduciary guarantee; one example of the reason for the transfer is the debtor wants to transfer his credit to another creditor to seek for lower interest. Then, if a debtor has paid off the debt, it can cause the fiduciary guarantee to be canceled.

  • Developing Domain Ontology for Issuing Certificate of Citizenship of Nepal

    Abstract:

    Most of the existing software systems are web-based and interactive. Semantic Web Technologies further allows for organizing and encoding information meaningfully. It enables software agents to interpret the information. However, the representation of information in different format has made challenging to interoperate among the heterogeneous systems. The representation of heterogeneous system with common standards and vocabularies is an effective solution for interoperability. For this, development of domain ontology is required for common understanding of the concept. The research work is mainly focused on development of domain ontology for Issuing Citizenship of Nepal as e-government is widely considered as a good example of heterogeneous system. Protégé is used as ontology editor and Web Ontology Language (OWL) is used for representation of the concepts. A hybrid methodology with Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used to get in-depth concept of the domain. The domain ontology is verified using built-in reasoner of Protégé and validated with answering competency questions of the domain using SPARQL query.

    During the study and realization of the project of collegial network office automatization system,this paper adopts some routine safety precautions to keep the system secure.To keep information of the system secure and complete,through establishing institution of Issuing Certificate,this paper designs and realized the technology of a double digital signature to replace the hand signature with the digital signature technology offered by notes and PKI,which is undeniable and can ensure the office information not to be obtained and tampered illegally.
