    Abstract:

    Objective: To investigate the emergency treatment and experience of penetrating Larynx Injury. Methods: The clinic data of 13 patients with penetrating Larynx Injury were analyzed retrospectively in the hospital from May 1997 to June 2005. Results: 13 cases recovered to normal breathe. 10 cases sounded normal and 3 got roughness of voice. Conclusion: Surgical intervention is the first choice emergency treatment of penetration Larynx Injury. Antibiotics and short-range hormone were recommended. Nutritional support treatment should be applied.

    Aim: To evaluate the manifestation of complaints, laryngeal Injury as well as their predisposing factors after intubation under control of laryngoscope and flexible fibro-bronchoscope. Objective: 1) To determine the manifestation of complaints after the intubation under control of laryngoscope and flexible fibro-bronchoscope. 2) To evaluate the manifestation of laryngeal Injury after the intubation under control of laryngoscope and flexible fibro-bronchoscope. 3) To identify the impact of predisposing factors on the emergence of complaints and Larynx Injury after tracheal intubation. Methods: The study included 38 patients who were undergoing cholecystectomy with the application of endotracheal anaesthesia. 22 patients were intubated under control of laryngoscope (group L) 16 - fibro-bronchoscope (group F).     Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing interventions on melancholic patients with initiative laryngeal Injury.Methods 13 melancholic patients with laryngeal Injury were selected and treated with a series of nursing interventions.The data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results All melancholic patients cured after nursing interventions.Conclusion The appropriate nursing interventions can improve the recovery of initiative laryngeal Injury and,reduce the occurrence of complications and avoid self-murder again in melancholic patients.
