The Developing of the Maintenance and Repair Body of Knowledge to Increasing Equipment Maintenance and Repair Organization Efficiency
Information Resources Management Journal, 2016Co-Authors: A.v. KizimAbstract:This paper describes a comprehensive approach to ensuring equipment Maintenance and Repair organization MRO efficiency in solving tasks with supporting tools and a systematic approach. Types of support for MRO, classification of MRO methodologies, basic organization aspects of the program, information and methodical support for MRO, which makes Maintenance and Repair body of knowledge M&R BOK are presented. The problem of Maintenance and Repair organization, the MRO process formalization aspects is showed. The main essence of the MRO process was highlighted. The ways of improving MRO by using the system approach, correlated goals and key performance indicators, and also some methods of improving the MRO organization efficiency are proposed. The MRO process formalization with functional and business models and incorporating them into a common information MRO support model is proposed. The MRO KPI was described as a model. The principal algorithm of the continuous MRO improvement based on KPIs was proposed. The task of MRO knowledge accumulation and using was considered. Using the ontology for knowledge managing in the MRO tasks was substantiated. Using neural networks for decision making in the several MRO decision-making tasks was showed. The application of intellectual agents and multi-agent system for performance monitoring, data collection and decision making are described. The life cycle cost of the equipment formula is proposed. The tasks of optimization in MRO support and knowledge accumulation, application and reasoning by ontologies are commonly described.

developing a model of equipment Maintenance and Repair process at service Repair company using agent based approach
Procedia Technology, 2014Co-Authors: V V Panteleev, V A Kamaev, A.v. KizimAbstract:Abstract In this paper we examine development a model of equipment Maintenance and Repair process at service Repair company using agent-based approach for increase of efficiency of use the available funds for Maintenance and Repair of equipment, reduce the load on specialists. We have analyzed the MRO process of Repair-service facility. The basic objects of the model and the functions they perform are defined in this paper. We use agent-based approach to simulate the MRO process. The conceptual and logical models of MAS of the MRO process have been developed.

The Home Improvement, Maintenance, and Repair Industry
Business Economics, 2015Co-Authors: Emil B BerendtAbstract:Spending on existing housing is important not only for the building materials, building products, and construction markets but also for the macroeconomy. It accounts for about half of total spending on housing capital. The new construction, home improvement, Maintenance, and Repair markets use overlapping distribution channels, labor, and capital inputs. The various segments of the housing industry touch many other industries and exhibit different patterns over the course of the business cycle. Understanding the unique characteristics of these segments helps business economists and macroeconomists in planning and interpreting changes in the economy as well as estimating better forecasting models.

Augmented Reality for Maintenance and Repair (ARMAR)
Distribution, 2007Co-Authors: Steven J Henderson, Steven K. FeinerAbstract:这是一份2007年的工作报告,也就是9年前。 The purpose of this research, Augmented Reality for Maintenance and Repair (ARMAR), was to research the design and development of experimental augmented reality systems for Maintenance job aiding. The goal was to explore and evaluate the feasibility of developing prototype adaptive augmented reality systems that can be used to investigate how real time computer graphics, overlaid on and registered with the actual equipment being maintained, can significantly increase the productivity of Maintenance personnel, both during training and in the field.
