    Abstract:

    Safety is attracting more and more attention as an important part of quality characteristics for weapons and Equipment.Due to the more complex composition structure,the higher automatic level and the intercepted probability of electromagnetic wave produced in operation,the possibility of safety accidents occurrence on Military Electronic Equipment is becoming higher and higher.This paper introduces the safety concept and emphasizes the functions of safety.According to the requirements of GJB and the practice experience of Military Electronic Equipment,it analyzes the qualitative and quantitative requirements for safety design,proposes the main contents,finally discusses the concrete measures of safety design for personnel,Equipment and electromagnetic information for Military Electronic Equipment in detail.The methods presented herein can be useful for those who are engaged in designing,managing and maintaining in this field.

    Abstract:

    Reliability management is an important part of reliability work as well as reliability design.The concept and characteristics of reliability management are expounded,the main contents of reliability management for every stage in Equipment′s life cycle are analysed including argumentation stage,scheme stage,engineering development stage,design finalization stage,manufacture stage and using stage ect.The drawing basis,contents and review work of Equipment′s reliability guaranty program are discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that although the reliability management is complex,the reliability management work can be done well,and thereby the Equipment′s reliability can be ensured so long as the reliability guaranty program is drawn scientifically and carried out strictly according to the related national Military standards.

    Reliability work among developing Military Electronic Equipment was neglected usually because of little quantities,short development period and more difficulties ect.factors,thus causing Equipments usually make malfunctions.The concept and effects on Equipment of reliability are expounded,the main contents of reliability work for every developing stage are analyzed including argumentation stage,scheme stage,engineering development stage and design finalization of the design stage ect.,some difficult processed work are discussed including determining the index,setting down the technique scheme,predicting with stress analysis method and the specific technique steps.Although the reliability work are many so long as carries out strictly the related national Military standards along with the project reliability guarantee outline and work plan,the reliability work of project development process can be done well,and thereby enhances the Equipments' reliability level.

    Assembly design for Military Electronic Equipment is neglected usually because of such fators as many varieties,little quantities,short development period and more thinking of capability while despising technology,thus ultimately resulting in unexpected faults.In this paper,the contents and tasks are introduced,the main contents of assembly design are discussed with development experiments,including classifying module,confirming the assembly structure,the components and general layout,laying and colligating cables,the electricity assembling and machine assembling technology,ect.As the important part during developing Equipment,the assembly design directly effects on the Equipment's capability,quality and reliability.Designers should strengthen research and summarization on these aspects.

    Abstract:

    Phased array radar (PAR)is an important part of modern Military Electronic Equipment. Multi-channel data synchronous acquisition is a key technology that needs to be solved when receiving and processing PAR signal. Traditional parallel acquisition systems have low channel integration and limited transmission rate, which does not meet the trend of miniaturization, high bandwidth and deterministic delay of data acquisition systems. This paper briefly introduces the principle of phased array radar, and principle of JESD204B protocol for synchronous design. Based on the full understanding of the principle, this paper analyzes the key technology of synchronization using this protocol and designs a multi-channel data acquisition board. The board realizes single system synchronization through strict routing, and achieves multi-system synchronization using the master-slave system design. The test results show that the data acquisition system using JESD204B protocol can effectively realize multi-channel data synchronous acquisition.

    The difficulties of acquiring fault knowledge severely handicap the development of intelligent diagnosis system(IDS) of Military Electronic Equipment(MEE) in our country.The characteristics of MEE are analyzed at first,as well as the general procedure of knowledge acquisition(KA) by fault simulation is summariged.And then,a new method is presented,which auto-acquires fault knowledge by simulating all possible faults of Equipment.Here four key strategies are necessary to reduce simulation complexity to a tolerable level and to establish the fault set automatically.In clustering strategy,the characters of data gathered in fault simulation are analyzed,and a new algorithm is proposed.The scheme of circuit fault knowledge acquisition flat is proposed to implement this method.Automation of KA,to a certain extent,solves the basic problem of hard task of gathering the fault original data,and makes the knowledge acquired more sufficient.Finally,results of experiment prove its feasibility.

The design for environmental suitability of Electronic plug-in boards in Military Equipment is introduced, including the thermal design, electromagnetic compatibility design, anti -interference design, vibration and impact prevention design, and " three -prevention" design. Through improving the basic components’ adaptability to the climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic, biological and chemical environments, the environmental suitability of the whole Equipment can be enhanced.
