  • Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) Based Mission Planning Integrating in Synthetic Simulation Environment
    Computer Simulation, 2009
    Co-Authors: Zhao Shiyu
    Abstract:

UAVSEE was developed as a System-of-Systems(SoS) simulation environment for Unmanned Air Vehicles(UAVs).The architecture and multi-layer integrating of UAVSSE were introduced.Service oriented method(SOA) was proposed to the Mission Planning integrating in the context of UAVs simulation. An integrating framework based on SOA was designed to integrate common Mission Planning for the simulated vehicle and ground control system in UAVs simulation.Mission Planning module was abstracted as a service, and encapsulated as common Mission Planning service through Web Services technology. With registration, discovering and binding, Planning function could be dynamically integrated in simulation without changing other systems, and one Planning system simultaneously could serve multivehicles and ground control systems in simulation.Related technologies were demonstrated in the prototype simulation system. The experimental result shows that service oriented integrating will provide more efficient and effective Mission Planning integrating ability than HLA does for UAVs simulation.

  • Modeling Method of Spacecraft System Supported for Autonomous Mission Planning and Scheduling
    Computer Simulation, 2009
    Co-Authors: Yan Hui
    Abstract:

Based on the fully analysis to the modeling ways of spacecraft system and Mission Planning domain, a modeling method of spacecraft system supported for the autonomous Mission Planning and scheduling was put forward. Then, the detailed explain to the modeling ways was given via the modeling process of chasing spacecraft system achieving autonomous rendezvous and docking. Finally the executable spacecraft system model and the autonomous Mission Planning and scheduling primary system based on the model were simulated and validated to the differ scenarios in the built simulation environment. The simulation result shows that this modeling method not only can meet the demand of the spacecraft autonomous Mission Planning and scheduling, but also has the preferable workability and extensibility.

  • Mission Planning of the flying robot for powerline inspection
    Progress in Natural Science, 2009
Co-Authors: Chang’an Liu, Lei Wang, Chunyang Liu
    Abstract:

Abstract Mission Planning is an important step in the powerline inspection flying robots. To deal with the tasks of powerline flying robots, a flying robot Mission-Planning system is established based on the unmanned mini-helicopter model described in this paper. It can determine the best checking order, the optimal space path and the best flight trajectory. The objective function and the constraints are described by establishing the mathematical model, and the Mission-Planning system is decomposed by using the tiered methods. Multi-agent technology is chosen to solve the Mission-Planning issue. Finally, simulation is conducted to verify that the Mission-Planning system is feasible and efficient.

  • The Verification for Mission Planning System
DEStech Transactions on Computer Science and Engineering, 2017
Co-Authors: Lin Zhang, Weiming Cheng, Huayun Liu
    Abstract:

For the needs of developing Mission Planning system, all levels of Mission Planning system from home and abroad are studied and analyzed, such as the main functions and applications at the operating environment, ways of working, content, deployment and other ways. Finally, starting from the system development and application environment, propose the method of developing Mission Planning system. It pointed out that the method of verification Mission Planning system can be divided into hardware verification, software testing and system level testing. These methods provide reference for the development of Mission Planning system.

  • Mission Planning problem for earth observing satellites:a survey
    Application Research of Computers, 2008
    Co-Authors: Tan Yue-jin
    Abstract:

Mission Planning for earth observing satellites is defined as: in order to satisfy satellite users' remote sensing observation requirements, scheduling earth observing satellites.Rational Mission Planning will improve the overall earth obser-ving efficiency of satellites. This paper analyzed the main characteristics of the Mission Planning problem for earth observing satellites, compared the related modeling methods and algorithms. At last, pointed out future research directions.

  • Application of XML File in Mission-Planning System
    Computer Simulation, 2008
    Co-Authors: Tan Yue-jin
    Abstract:

This paper introduces the process of producing the Mission-Planning System, and analyzes the attribute of the Mission-Planning System's input and output data. This paper uses XML Schema to describe the input and output data, and makes the input and output data standardized, then shows the structure of the XML description.By standardizing the input and output data, the Mission-Planning System can break away from the restriction of the database, and makes the system be used in different operation systems and different domains.
