    Product Data Management(PDM)technique can be used in management the related information and related processing of product.The main functions of PDM and the product development process based on PDM are studied.As a key link for implementing PDM technique,the management of product structure and product configuration is the base of CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM integration.During the injection Molding Machine development with PDM technique,the management and operation of product and its spare parts are realized by establishing product configuration tree.The application result shows that application PDM technique in the processing of developing injection Molding Machine can realize effective management of product information and raise efficiency of product development.

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the need of the integrated vertical injection Molding Machine, a monitoring system for integrated vertical injection Molding Machine is designed in this paper. The system integrates functions like field coordinated control, data collection and transmission, and remote monitoring. According to the processing technology and structure of integrated vertical injection Molding Machine, the scheme of monitoring system is proposed. Then, the hardware is designed, including Input/Output configuration, hardware configuration and CAN node design. Finally, the software is designed, including the communication strategy and monitoring interface. The practice demonstrates that the system can stably control, effectively improve the production efficiency of injection Molding Machine and reduce the maintenance cost of enterprises.
