On Evidence Standard in Civil Action
Journal of Changsha Social Work, 2002Co-Authors: Liu Xue-junAbstract:The Law of Civel Action of China does not clearly define the evidence standard in civil action. For a long time past, there was in the theoretical circles a dispute between two evidence standards:"Objective Reality" and "legal Reality".People nowadays re-recognize and gradually accept the standard of "legal Reality"along with a theoretically deepgoing study of law and by the relativity of civil action evidence, the limitations of the stangard of"Objective Reality"and the feasibility of the standard of "legal Reality".

Natural selection acts on the quantum world
Nature, 2004Co-Authors: Philip BallAbstract:Objective Reality may owe its existence to a 'darwinian' process that advertises certain quantum states.

Objective Reality substantiality materialism energy doctrine and non hypostatization of materialism on lenin s science value of material concept of Objective Reality
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University, 2004Co-Authors: Wu KunAbstract:The material concept of dialectical materialism expounded by Lenin by use of "Objective Reality" not only overcomes the historic localization of the material concept of mechanical materialism explained by the substantiality domain, but also involves and interpret in a good way the related results of natural sciences at that time and a series of brand-new achievements of modern sciences emerging after the involvement and interpretation. The specific features of the commonality, generality, comprehensiveness and abstractness possessed by "Objective Reality" enable it to get extremely profound connotations and emmensely wide external extension. The philosophic material domain defined by "Objective Reality" has not only the reasonability, but also the real and far-reaching scientific significance and value. The "energetic doctrine" does not equal immaterialism. While criticizing the "energetic doctrine" of immaterialism, Lenin made a materialist explanation on the "energetic doctrine". It is the material concept of "Objective Reality" Lenin put forward by Lenin that has opened a new way for the development of non-hypostatization of dialectical materialism.

Quantum Objective Realism
New Journal of Physics, 2015Co-Authors: Adam BednorzAbstract:The question whether quantum measurements reflect some underlying Objective Reality has no generally accepted answer. We show that description of such Reality is possible under natural conditions such as linearity and causality, although in terms of moments and cumulants of finite order and without relativistic invariance. The proposed construction of observations' probability distribution originates from weak, noninvasive measurements, with detection error replaced by some external finite noise. The noise allows to construct microscopic Objective Reality, but remains dynamically decoupled and hence unobservable at the macroscopic level.

Newtonian Celestial Mechanics
Astronomy and Astrophysics Library, 2019Co-Authors: Michael H. SoffelAbstract:Newton’s theory of gravity is based upon absolute time and space (the Newtonian space-time). According to Newton’s Philosophiae Naturalis Principia Mathematica (originally published in 1687 in Latin), absolute time and space respectively are independent aspects of Objective Reality:
