The Influence of Green Supply Chain on Environment Performance of Government Organization in Turkey: Mediating Role of Organizational Support

Thus, the current study purpose is to examine the influence of green supply chain dimensions such as eco-design, green purchasing and internal environmental management on the environmental Performance of Government organization in Turkey. The goals also include the examination of the mediating role of organizational support among the nexus of eco-design, green purchasing, internal environmental management and environmental Performance of Government organization in Turkey. The data were gathered with the help of survey questionnaires from the supply chain activities related employees of Government organizations, while AMOS has been employed for analysis purpose. The results revealed that green supply chain dimensions such as eco-design, green purchasing and internal environmental management have a positive association with the environmental Performance of Government organization in Turkey. The results also exposed that organizational support positively mediates among the nexus of green supply chain dimensions such as eco-design, green purchasing and internal environmental management and environmental Performance of Government organization in Turkey. These findings are suitable for the new researchers who want to examine this area in future along with the regulators who want to develop the policies related to the environmental Performance that could enhance the economic growth around the globe.

Comprehensive Evaluation of Performance of Government Department Websites Based on Stakeholders Perspective
Information Sciences, 2013Co-Authors: Li LAbstract:In order to evaluate the Performance of Government department websites comprehensively and systematically,this article presented a fuzzy analytic network process(ANP) evaluating model from the perspective of stakeholder theory.After analysis the key stakeholders of Government department websites,a Government department website Performance evaluation indicator system developed.We found that there exists interaction relationship between some indicators.Extent analysis approach was used to deal with the fuzzy information in relative importance comparisons of indicators.And then ANP was adopted to de termine the weights.Application of numerical examples illustrated the feasibility of the proposed method.

Organizational development efforts focus on the need to modify the structure and operation of an organization in order to adapt to the fast changing business environment. By looking at the organizational chart of a business organization, for instance, one can recognize the structure and operation of such organization. Further analysis of such structure and operation can greatly aid in making decisions for the greater benefit of the organization. Discussion of organizational structure led to a great deal of knowledge about the interaction between bureaucracy and other political institutions. Whether to continue adhering to the commonly used hierarchical structure or design a new one is a matter of great concern that needs investigation. From the reviewed literature, bureaucratic organization have been largely treated as black boxes which remained mysterious that respond to environmental pressures. Although the subject proved to be rich, somehow, there is still a need to understand how bureaucratic structures and reorganizations thereof work. Based on these ideas, this study aims to find out the Impact of Bureaucratic Structure on the Organizational Performance of Government Organizations.
