    Abstract:

    Abstrac: Perineum care is a process to fulfill necessity about sanify the genital area from birthchild so that patient would recovering the genital area as the same before pregnancy. Perineum improper care may cause bacteria for Perineum due to the condition of the affected lokhea in humid area. Personal hygiene is human healthiness and cleanliness effort for physical and psychological welfare, human who as cleanliness have to maintain healthy body. The concern of this research study is determine the realtion of Perineum care and personal hygiene post partum mother at Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado hospital. Sampling research involved fiftisix postpartum mothers research study. The result about statistic and chi-square test gained p value =0.001 < 0.005. Conclusion there is a relationship between Perineum care and personal hygiene for post partum mothers at Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado Hospital. Suggestion of this research study can be used to motivate the postpartum mother for Perineum care improvement in order to healing Perineum Injury. Abstrak: Perawatan luka Perineum adalah proses pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk menyehatkan daerah antara paha yang dibatasi vulva dan anus pada ibu yang dalam masa antara kelahiran plasenta sampai dengan kembalinya organ genetik seperti pada waktu sebelum hamil. Perawatan Perineum yang tidak benar dapat mengakibatkan kondisi Perineum yang terkena lokhea dan lembab sangat menunjang perkembangbiakan bakteri. Perilaku Personal Hygiene adalah upaya atau tindakan seseorang untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan memelihara kebersihan dirinya sendiri untuk kesejahteraan fisik dan psikis, seseorang dikatakan memiliki kebersihan diri baik apabila, orang tersebut dapat menjaga kebersihan tubuhnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perawatan luka Perineum dengan perilaku personal hygiene ibu post partum di Rumah Sakit Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. Sampel penelitian adalah 56 ibu post partum Hasil Penelitian uji statistik uji chi-square di peroleh nilai p value = 0.001 < 0.005. Kesimpulan ada hubungan antara perawatan luka Perineum dengan perilaku personal hygiene ibu post partum di Rumah sakit Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. Saran dengan adanya penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan motivasi kepada ibu post partum untuk bisa lebih meningkatkan perawatan luka Perineum untuk bisa mempercepat proses dari penyembuhan luka Perineum.   • Methods and effects of Perineum management in pregnant women

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the methods and effects of Perineum management in pregnant women.Methods Totally,166 pregnant women were randomly divided into the experimental group( n = 85) and the control group( n = 81).Pregnant women in the control group were received routine prenatal health education,while pregnant women in the experimental group were received systematic training of Perineum management,which started at 28 ~ 32 gestational weeks,including improving pregnant women's cognition of Perineum management and self management consciousness,method of Perineum management,pregnant women's pelvic floor muscle training and delivery training through multimedia and simulation drilling,and pregnant women were supervised to keep practicing trough telephone follow- up.Results The incidence of pregnant women's perineal laceration and episiotomy were decreased,and the second stage of labor was shortened( P 0.01).Conclusion Perineum management to pregnant women can effectively decrease Perineum Injury and shorten the second stage of labor.
