  • Amperometric/potentiometric hydrocarbon sensors: real world solutions for use in ultra high vacuum
    Journal of Applied Electrochemistry, 2008
Co-Authors: Georgios Kyriakou, Amy V. Stevens, David J. Davis, Robert B. Grant, Mintcho S. Tikhov, Richard M. Lambert
    Abstract:

Carbonaceous deposits produced on Ru-capped multilayer mirrors under extreme ultra violet irradiation in the presence of adventitious gaseous hydrocarbons are a major obstacle to Process Implementation of EUV lithography. Here, by means of synchrotron radiation and laboratory measurements we show how carbon contamination occurs as a result of photoelectron-induced surface chemistry. We also demonstrate how a device based on an oxygen ion conducting solid electrolyte can act as a sensitive and reproducible sensor for detection of trace amounts of hydrocarbons in high vacuum environments.

  • A Process META-MODEL IN A GRADUAL SOFTWARE Process Implementation ENVIRONMENT - Process Meta-Model for a Software Process Definition and Improvement
    2018
Co-Authors: Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra Oliveira, Alexandre Marcos Lins De Vasconcelos, José Francisco Pereira, Igor Cavalcanti Ramos
    Abstract:

Keywords: Software Process Definition and Improvement, Quality Model/Norm, Software Development Environment. Abstract: PSEE - Process-centered Software Engineering Environment - PSEE has one of its intentions to provide that phases of the software Process life cycle (definition, simulation, enacting and evaluation) can be automatized. This work presents the structure and the automation of a software Process meta-model capable to group terminologies of Processes based on quality models/norms and to help in the Implementation and refinement these types of Processes. This Implementation must be made from characteristics and properties that define an organization or a specific domain of software project. The meta-model services were automatized trough a tool and the description of them can be found in this paper.

  • ICSOFT (2) - AN ACQUISITION KNOWLEDGE Process FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - Knowledge Acquisition for a Software Process Implementation Environment
    2006
Co-Authors: Sandro Ronaldo Bezerra Oliveira, Alexandre Vasconcelos, Albérico Lima De Pena Júnior, Lúcio Câmara E Silva
    Abstract:

Knowledge must be managed efficiently through the capture, maintenance and dissemination of it in an organization. However, knowledge related to business Processes execution is distributed in documents, corporative systems and in key-members minds making the access, preservation and distribution of this knowledge to other members more difficult. In this context, systematic knowledge acquisition Processes are necessary to acquire and preserve organizational knowledge. This work presents a Process to acquire tacit and explicit organization members’ knowledge related to business Processes, and the functionalities of a tool developed to support the execution of this Process in a software development context. This tool is part of a software Process Implementation environment, called ImPProS, developed at CIn/UFPE – Center of Informatics/Federal University of Pernambuco.

  • Design of real time multitask system based on TMS320LF2407
    Journal of Engineering Design, 2005
    Co-Authors: Wang Hai-ying
    Abstract:

Taking a four-task and four-priority real time Processing system as an example and by analyzing its construction Process,Implementation principles and software design method,a multitask real time Processing system based on TMS320LF2407 MPU was designed.Combined with engineering project, the application of this multitask real time Processing system in diesel engine electrical control system was illustrated. The results indicated that this system was easy to design, convenient to implement and outstanding in effect.
