2007Co-Authors: Pan Wen-haoAbstract:In this work,high-boiling by-product of methyl chlorosilane is taken as the raw material to prepare organosilicon by an indirect approach which is carried out externally to a reaction kettle,so the content of Cl-ion in the organosilicon products is reduced remarkably,while the production cost of organosilicon waterproofing agent is lowered as well.With the combination of amino-sulfonic acid-based superplasticizer,complexed high-efficiency waterproofing agent for Pumping concrete is prepared.Measurements and evaluations of the physical and mechanical properties of the obtained high-performance concrete have been carried out,especially the freezing resistance in extremely cold areas.

Oil Field Equipment, 2013Co-Authors: Li YouAbstract:The application results prove that,the existing sucker rod Pumping Aid centralizer has some characteristics,such as eccentric wear prevention,improving the oil Pumping rod stress condition,increasing liquid production and so on.But seal failure,large oil leakage,complex structure,unreasonable design of the oil channel,flow area and the displacement of the pump does not match,issues such as stress concentration,which result in Pumping Aid effect is not ideal.For the problems existing in the domestic inner channel and the outer flow passage type sucker rod Pumping Aid centralizer,the proposes are made in this article,and improvement of the tool performance.
