    Presented are the Task Model and the ontologies for arranging cooperative work in an open organization of intelligent agents-executives. These agents dynamically form the coalitions for collaborative task performance. Coalition formation is guided by contracting negotiation in frame of the Arrangement Phase. The role of the Task and Negotiation Ontologies is to provide the shared conceptualisation of the terms, the structures and the procedures used by agents in the processes of activity analysis, decomposition, performance and delegation. The ontologies are formalized in OIL and are translated to DAML (RDF), RDFS, SHIQ notations, thus providing the concepts in the forms of emerging Service Mark-up standards.

    The present work carries out an approach to the problem of the distinction between Service Mark and trade name. The multiple connection points between Service Marks and trade names complicate their distinction and start a debate about the possibility of removing trade names from the list of distinctive signs protected by tradeMark law. The purpose of this work is to delimit Service Mark and trade name, influencing in their different legal regulations and showing the different possibilities that tourist entrepreneurs have in order to protect their company tradeMarks by industrial property regulation. To that purpose, current, repealed and future regulation, and doctrinal opinion will be analyzed. All that leads to establish the possible benefits from selecting one company tradeMark or another.

    This article provides an overview of the Capability Maturity Model® for Software (Software CMM®) and the concepts of software process maturity. (Capability Maturity Model and CMM are registered in the U.S. Patent and TradeMark Office.) It contains a background discussion of why process is crucial to organizational and project success, a description of the development of the CMM, a detailed summary of the model, and a description of the model's use for process improvement and the evaluation of software suppliers; describes the use of the CMM in the context of the SEI's IDEALSM (IDEAL is a Service Mark of Carnegie Mellon University) approach to process improvement; summarizes some of the strengths and weaknesses of the current model and its use; characterizes the state of the practice and the return on investment for software process improvement; and concludes with a discussion of likely future directions for CMM-like models.
