Study on Separate Adding Technology of Fine Grained Fuels in Sintering Process
2012Co-Authors: Li QiangAbstract:Based on the traditional separate adding technology of fuels for Taisteel 450m2 new Sinter Machine,the fuel classification process was integrated,by proportioning internal 1~3 mm coke breeze and external-1 mm fine-grained coke breeze,the separate adding of fuels was realized.The industrial test shows that the process can better play the advantages of proportioning external fuels and the effect was remarkable in terms of further reducing solid fuel consumption and return fines rate.
