    Abstract:

    Requirement traceability matrix is a table that captures the complete user and system requirement for a system. It helps to trace from requirement till testing in order to verify that the requirement is fulfilled. In SCRUM development methodology, requirement traceability matrix is used to capture the linkage of user stories between product Backlog and Sprint Backlog documents. The linkages between the requirements are retrieved through these two documents. However, unstructured format of both documents do not help in requirement traceability. Thus, requirement traceability has become an issue for SCRUM practitioners especially for system development and maintenance phases. Therefore, this study introduce structured format of available artifacts which can create and maintain traceability link between those documents and develops a tracing tool to generate requirement traceability matrix automatically. Both the documents used in this study have to be prepared by using the proposed structured format and the developed traceability tool is able to generate the requirement traceability matrix automatically. Two case studies have been used for pre-test and post-test experiments. The result shows that the introduced structured format is very useful and it has increased the efficiency of retrieving the matrix far better than manual process. By using the proposed method and tool, it’s statistically shows significant result of time saving, completeness and correctness to generate requirement traceability matrix. Thus, the proposed method and the developed tool help in achieving requirement traceability in SCRUM methodology.

    Abstract:

    Today and during the recent years, Agile Product Development Framework has been common used framework for software development particularly, Scrum is the most widely known methodology under the umbrella of agile, including many Sprints to manage the development process of software. One of the most important terms in each scrum Sprint is the planning and estimation phase. Many techniques to plan the Sprint Backlog and specify the required time and resources to perform each single Backlog item. As some of planning techniques as Planning Poker, T-Shirt Sizes and Relative Mass Valuation. Planning Poker is considered an effective and powerful technique according to its algorithm of work which evolves the whole team members estimation to user stories Backlog. Planning Poker gets the Backlog items and input and gives the well estimated tasks and output. Planning Poker helps the product owners and scrum team to successfully estimate the work that ensures working Relative Value Points Return On Investment goals specified since the beginning of the software development life cycle phases. The importance of Planning Poker is in giving the optimum estimation with consideration to high priority Backlog items and user stories.

Banyaknya minat akan jasa content creator tidak sebanding dengan kemudahan dalam menemukan jasa content creator ini, sehingga hal ini cukup menyulitkan pemilik proyek apabila mereka ingin menggunakan jasa tersebut dan disisi lain hal ini juga merugikan para content creator pemula untuk medepatkan informasi mengenai proyek yang sesuai dengan bidang mereka. Pengembangan aplikasi sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan model Scrum yang dimulai dengan penyusunan produk Backlog dan kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan Sprint Backlog yang sudah ditentukan estimasi waktu pengerjaannya, serta menggunakan metode PIECES sebagai dasar untuk melakukan Analisa permasalahan yang ada.     Work is one of the most important activities carried out by humans and today along with the development of special information technology for social media, creating a great opportunity for creative workers, one of whom is content creator. A lot of interest in content creators is not worth the convenience of finding these content creators, so it is quite difficult for companies or shop owners to support them wanting to use these services and other related things also help content creators to find information that is in accordance with demand with their field. Developing a system using a Scrum developed model that starts with collecting the Backlog produck and then starts with a Sprint Backlog activity that has been estimated estimating the processing time, and using the PIECES method as a basis for conducting discussion analysis. Therefore the application creator job search system for social media will help provide solutions to existing problems.
