    Abstract:

    OBJECTIVE To study the effect of dl-tetrahydropalmatine (dl-THP) on various rat gastric ulcers and analyze its possible mechanism.METHODS The gastric mucosal damage was induced by pyloric ligation, restraint, indomethacin and acetic acid in rats, dl-THP 15, 30 and 45 mg·kg-1 was given ig bid for 5 doses. Then the number of gastric ulcers or the gastric ulcer area, the secretion of gastric juice, hydrochloric acid and pepsin activity were determined respectively. The Stomach Blood Flow in normal and (dl-THP treated rats was also examined.RESULTS dl-THP 15,30,45 mg·kg-1 protected the gastric mucosa against the damages with a dose-dependent manner. In chronic gastric ulcer model, the inhibitory rates of gastric ulcer of dl-THP and ranitidine 30 mg·kg-1 were 75.8 % and 67.7 % , respectively. However, the secretions of gastric juice, HC1, and pepsin by gastric mucosa were not influenced by dl-THP. Moreover, dl-THP increased Stomach Blood Flow significantly.CONCLUSION dl-THP protected various experimental gastric ulcers by increasing Stomach Blood Flow and maybe partly by antagonizing gastric DA receptors.

    Intraperitoneal administration of the PGP did not change basal mucosal Blood Flow, whereas the PG and GP significantly decreased it. Ethanol and Indomethacin caused a rapid and stable decrease in the Blood Flow. Administration of the PGP prior to ethanol abolished this effect. Injections of the PGP and PG following Indomethacin administration prevented reduction of the mucosal Blood Flow. Administration of the GP did not change the Blood Flow decrease induced with Indomethacin. The mucosal Blood Flow correction seems to be one of the possible mechanisms of the PGP and PG antiulcer effect. The effect seems to be realised through a change in the CNS activity.

    Objective To continuously display the images of Stomach Blood Flow in ischemia-reperfusion,in order to research supplier for Stomach Blood Flow,and to evaluate the application value of the Laser Doppler perfusion imaging(LDPI),the new medicinal image technique,on the measure of entrails Blood circulation.Methods During the right gastricartery was clamped,the image of Blood Flow perfusion of Stomach was displayed in the rat by LDPI,and change of Blood circulation was analyzed.Results(1) In the nature state the Blood Flow perfusion images of the Stomach are clear.LDPI image of Stomach shows in flabellate distribution of Blood vessel from lesser curvature to greater curvature of Stomach.(2)After clamped the right gastricartery,the Blood Flow perfusion is going down markedly on the LDPI images,and last out loosened artery.(3)After loosened artery,the Blood Flow flare up to increase,and is paranormal.During 10min to 30min loosened artery the Blood Flow come back to normal.Conclusions The model of ischemia-reperfusion is came into being by clamping the right gastricartery,the Blood Flow perfusion of the entrails could be displayed in imaging by LDPI.
