APPLICATION RESEARCH OF PBL Teaching Method WITH CBL Teaching Method IN THE OTORHINOLARYNGOLOGY Teaching
Modern Preventive Medicine, 2011Co-Authors: Li Zhong-huAbstract:[Objective]To explore the application of Problem Based Learning(PBL)and Case Based Learning(CBL)in the Otorhinolaryngology Teaching.[Methods]162 clinical medicine students of grade 2009 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(81 cases)and control group(81 cases),the control group used traditional Teaching Methods to complete the task ENT Teaching,and the observation group used PBL Teaching Method with CBL Teaching Method to complete the task ENT Teaching. The application of two groups were compared.[Results]The thoroughly test scores and department examination scores of observation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the observation group of students satisfaction and teachers appraised of observation group were significantly better than the control group. There were significant differences between two groups(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]PBL Teaching Method with CBL Teaching Method in the Otorhinolaryngology Teaching has satisfactory effect,and can significantly improve student achievement and improve the satisfaction of students and teachers appraised situation.

China Higher Medical Education, 2007Co-Authors: Liu Yan-liAbstract:Objective: To investigate differences of Teaching effects between multimedia Teaching Method and traditional Teaching Method.Methods: The performance records of material media were compared,after the students of nursing specialty attended lectures with multimedia Teaching Method or traditional Teaching Method.Results: Comparing multimedia Teaching Method with traditional Teaching Method,there are respective advantages.Multimedia Teaching Method and traditional Teaching Method could not substitute each other.Conclusion: Effect of Teaching with combination of multimedia Teaching Method and traditional Teaching Method has more advantage than simple multimedia Teaching Method.

The task- driven Teaching Method is adopted in order to improve the quality of practice Teaching, and to cultivate the ability of practice and creativity in the electrician machine practice. This paper discusses the mission design and implementation process which based on constructivist task-driven Teaching Method in the Teaching of electrician machine practice, and points out several questions which should be noticed in the practice. The practice approves the application of task- driven Teaching Method in electrician machine practice can improve the Teaching quality through excavating the student’s practice and creativity ability and cultivate the capability of independent thinking ,exploration and reclamation more effectively.
