Exploration of Teaching Model reform in pregnancy school
Chinese Journal of Nursing Education, 2010Co-Authors: Chen Man-yAbstract:Objective To construct a new Teaching Model for stimulating pregnant women's learning interest and improving their learning efficiency.Methods In 2009,we used a new Teaching Model to implement preconception care for 965 pregnant women,and the measures included integrating multiple Teaching methods into a general,offering consultation after class,and inviting pregnant women to visit the hospital etc.In 2008,we used traditional Teaching Model to implement preconception care for 360 pregnant women.Results The experimental group had higher attendance rate and satisfaction degree than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The new Teaching Model contributes to improving hospital image and pregnant women's learning interest and participation consciousness.
