Propuesta de renovación del Plan Técnico de Ordenación Cinegética del término municipal de Bejís, Castellón

Durante este Proyecto desarrollaré un Plan Técnico de Ordenación Cinegética (PTOC) que albergará el término municipal de Bejís. Para ello analizaré las características tanto intrínsecas y extrínsecas de la zona y de las especies que habitan en el lugar. Me apoyaré en las fichas que rellenan los cazadores socios del Coto para realizar las estructuras de los animales del terreno. Uno de los objetivos secundario de estos censos será avistar a toda la población de ungulados, Cabra montesa (Capra pyrenaica) y Corzo (Capreolus capreolus), para ser conocedores de la existencia de algún ejemplar con sarna sarcóptica (Sarcoptes scabiei), pues actualmente es un problema real y serio, en el Norte de la provincia. También nos centraremos en la población de jabalís (Sus scrofa), mediante las señales visuales que dejan a su paso. Ya que estos son un problema para los agricultores y las carreteras de los alrededores, sin olvidarnos de la Peste Porcina Afrinaca (PPA), pues actualmente es un grave problema en la frontera de Francia y Bélgica. También me centraré en las posibles mejoras centradas para las especies de Conejo (Oryctolagus cuniculus) y la Perdiz roja (Alectoris rufa), pues son una de las fuentes principales de alimento para los depredadores aéreos y terrestres. No hay que olvidarse que las mejoras para dichos animales son muy generales y beneficiarían a toda la fauna tanto cinegética como no. Y finalmente analizaremos el estudio socioeconómico de esta actividad que en la actualidad crea tanta polémica.[EN] The objective of this TFG is to draft a document that constitutes the renewal of the current Technical Plan of Hunting Management of the municipality of Bejís (Castellón), given its expiration, according to the provisions of the hunting law 13/2004 of the Valencian Community . The structure of the document will adhere to that established by the reference legislation. For this I will analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic characteristics of the area and the species that inhabit the place. I will support myself in the realization of transects to realize the censuses of the animals of the land. One of the main objectives of these censuses will be to see the entire population of ungulates, Mountain goat (Capra pyrenaica) and Corzo (Capreolus capreolus), to be aware of the existence of a specimen with sarcoptic mange (Sarcoptes scabiei), since it is currently a real and serious problem. Also during the transects we will see if there is a large population of wild boar (Sus scrofa), through the visual signals that they leave behind. At present the population indexes of this species represent a problem for the farmers and the roads of the surroundings, without forgetting the Afrikacan Swine Fever (PPA), because it is a serious problem in the border of France and Belgium. I will also focus on possible improvements focused on the species of Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) and Red Partridge (Alectoris rufa), as they are one of the main sources of food for aerial and terrestrial predators. It should not be forgotten that the improvements for these animals are very general and would benefit all the fauna, whether hunting or not. El objetivo de este trabajo es ordenar los recursos cinegéticos de tal forma que se realice un aprovechamiento sostenible de las especies cinegéticas y fauna en general, para obtener un equilibrio poblacional, y no un incremento descontrolado de la población, como se está dando en el caso del conejo (Oryctolagus cuniculus) y jabalí (Sus scrofa). Además, se van a buscar una serie de soluciones para poder incrementar la población de perdiz roja autóctona (Alectoris rufa) e incentivar la acogida de algunas especies migratorias, como la paloma torcaz (Columba palumbus) y tórtola europea (Streptopelia turtur) mediante mejoras. La redacción del trabajo se realizará de acuerdo a lo establecido en la vigente legislación de caza de la Comunidad Valenciana según expone la LEY 13/2004, de 27 de diciembre, de Caza de la Comunidad Valenciana. Este Plan es un instrumento de ordenación con duración vigente para 5 años. Para su redacción se ha tenido en cuenta lo establecido en la Ley 13/2004, de 27 de diciembre, de caza de la Comunidad Valenciana. El documento se estructura en 4 partes fundamentales: estado legal, estado Natural, estado Cinegético y estado Económico. En la actualidad, las especies que constituyen el principal objetivo cinegético, tratándose de un coto de caza menor, son: Oryctolagus cuniculus (Conejo), Alectoris rufa (perdiz roja) y Lepus granatensis (liebre). Estas se encuentran en decaimiento poblacional. Dicha situación implicará la creación de medidas de mejora sin dejar en olvido el resto de las especies, ya sean cinegéticas o no. Complementariamente, la población de Sus scrofa (jabalí) está aumentando significativamente y, por ende, sus daños provocados en agricultura. Al ser un coto de caza menor, el control de jabalí tiene una normativa específica (ORDEN 3/2012, de 19 de enero, por la que se regula la caza y control) para controlar este tipo de situaciones. Con todo ello, se busca la ordenación sostenible de los recursos cinegéticos mediante las siguientes medidas: mejoras, protección, conservación y equilibrio de la fauna y hábitats existentes. Se contribuye así al control de enfermedades y reducción de daños en agricultura, ya que es una de las principales problemáticas actuales.[EN] The objective of this final thesis consists of the renewal of the Technical Plan for Game Management (PTOC as Spanish abbreviation) in the hunting reserve 10.162 in T.M de Villahermosa del Río, Castellón province. This Plan is a management instrument with a valid duration of 5 years. For its drafting, the provisions of Law 13/2004, of December 27, on hunting in the Valencian Community have been taken into account. The document is structured in 4 fundamental parts: Legal State, Natural State, Hunting State and Economic State. Currently, the species that constitute the main hunting objective, being this a small hunting ground, are: Oryctolagus cuniculus (Rabbit), Alectoris rufa (red partridge) and Lepus granatensis (hare). These are in population decline. This situation will imply the creation of improvement measures without forgetting the rest of the species, whether they are hunting species or not. Additionally, the population of Sus scrofa (wild boar) is increasing significantly and therefore its damage caused in agriculture. Being a small hunting ground, the wild boar control has specific regulations (ORDER 3/2012, of January 19, which regulates hunting and control) to control this type of situation. Having said this, the sustainable management of hunting resources should be achieved with the following measures: improvements, protection, conservation and balance of existing fauna and habitats. In relation to radio, DAB licenses and the "local" concept involved by regulation are described. On the skyline, a new digital standard is appearing: DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale), recently incorporated into Spanish radio regulation via Law 62/2003, of 30th December. 'Escuela Superior Politecnica de Chimborazo', 2019Co-Authors: Zúñiga Guadalupe, Michelle CarolinaAbstract:El presente proyecto de investigación se enfoca en el desarrollo de un Plan de negocios para la Curtiembre Zúñiga Hnos., Ambato, provincia de Tungurahua, periodo 2019 -2021 que tiene como finalidad mejorar la gestión administrativa y de ventas de la empresa. Para la investigación se realizó una entrevista dirigida al gerente general y encuestas dirigida a los clientes de la misma que ayudo para obtener información real sobre la situación actual de la curtiembre. Como resultado se encontró varias falencias en la administración de la empresa, como la falta de análisis interno y externo (FODA) de la misma, carencia de objetivos y estrategias .Se determinó que por tener una administración empírica ha provocado la disminución de las ventas, para lo cual se debe contar con herramientas que ayuden a la mejora de la organización. La propuesta se presenta en un Plan técnico, administrativo, producción, marketing, publicidad, estudio de mercado, y por último el Plan financiero. Se recomienda que la curtiembre Zúñiga hnos., aplique la propuesta del Plan de negocios que ayudará a potenciar las diferentes áreas de la misma, que se realice un análisis y estudio del mercado periódicamente para atraer nuevos clientes y mejorar sus ventas.This research project is focused on the development of a business Plan for Zúñiga Hnos Tannery., Ambato, province of Tungurahua, period 2019 -2021, which aims to improve the administrative and sales management of the company. An interview to the general manager was conducted for the research as well as surveys to the clients that helped to obtain real information about the current situation of the tannery. As a result, several weaknesses were found in the administration of the company, such as the lack of internal and external analysis (SWOT) of the same, lack of objectives and strategies. It was determined that having an empirical administration has caused the decrease in sales, for which it must have tools that help the improvement of the organization. The proposal is presented in a Technical Plan, administrative, production, marketing, advertising, market research, and finally the financial Plan. It is recommended that Zúñiga Hnos., Tannery applies the proposal of the business Plan that will help to promote the different areas of the same, it is also suggested that an analysis and study of the market is made periodically to attract new customers and improve their sales
