    Abstract:

    After the failure of copy prevention methods, watermarking stays the main Technical Safeguard of electronic copyright. There are many properties that a watermarking scheme should offer such as imperceptibility and robustness. The robustness property measures the resistance of the watermark against some attacks, which attempt to remove it partially or completely. Nowadays, many watermarking schemes exist each of them robust against a certain list of attacks but vulnerable to many others. It is not always easy to obtain new schemes that resist more and more attacks. This paper proposes general mixture techniques to combine the properties of several watermarking methods so as to obtain watermarked objects robust against most of the attacks survived by the combined methods.

    Abstract:

    Watermarking stays the main Technical Safeguard of electronic copyright. This paper presents the first public-domain oblivious watermarking scheme for images which survives scaling and geometric distortion attacks. Previous proposals are either proprietary, nonoblivious or require scaling or geometric distortion to be undone prior to mark recovery, which may not be practical in oblivious watermarking. The new scheme uses a tile-based embedding technique that allows mark recovery from a scaled or geometrically distorted watermarked image. Other properties of the scheme presented here are that it operates on the spatial domain, supports multiple marking and does not require previous knowledge of the embedded copyright sequence. The latter property makes the proposed watermarking suitable for fingerprinting purposes.

  • Presearch on preventing the medicinal plant diseases with Trichoderma harzianum preparation

    Abstract:

    Objective:To control the medicinal plant diseases with the preparation of Trichoderma harzianum . Method:Antagonistic action of the preparation to the pathogens of the medicinal plants in vitro , and controling effects of the preparation on these diseases in greenhouse and in the field were tested. Result:The test in vitro showed that Trichoderma harzianum , used as a biocontrol factor, had stronger antagonistic action to Fusarium equiseti, Sclerotinia sp. and Rhizoctonia solani which were the medicinal plant pathogens of Astragalus membranaceus, Glehnia littoralis and Panax quinquefolium respectively. Biological controling effects on sclerotium root rot of Glehnia littoralis were 83.6% and 72.5% respectively in greenhouse and in the field with the preparation of Trichoderma harzianum. And controling effects on root rot of Astragalus membranaceus and seedling damping-off of Panax quinquefolium were 80% and 60% respectively in the field. The dosage of the preparation used in the field was 10 g·m -2 . Conclusion:The preparation of Trichoderma harzianum can be used as a substitute for such chemicals as Carbendazim. Using the preparation to control medicinal plant diseases provides a Technical Safeguard for the good agricultural practice of medicinal plants.
